Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located in the center of the Havel city. You will stay on 3 levels. First floor: 2 bedrooms + bathroom Upper floor: kitchen-living room with sofa bed, toilet, terrace. Gallery: lots of books + 3 more beds. In a few minutes you can walk to everything you need: shopping, restaurants, cinemas and the river + boat rental. We also have plenty of beautiful scenery. Need more hustle and bustle? The train takes you to Potsdam, Berlin or Magdeburg.

The property is separated from Lake Plau by only a low-traffic side road. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a beach with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry terminal. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

After the 2nd person there is an additional fee of 39€ per person and per night.

The house is located not far from the Havel River, about 6 to 15 minutes' walk away, where you can end the evenings on the water or on a hidden jetty in the reeds. Of course, you can also rent our stand-up paddle or explore the beautiful landscape around the Havel.
