Fully-equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer. Play old vinyl records on vintage stereo or try old games and puzzles. Close to the travel center, bus to Kolmården, tram stop and neighborhood store. Lovely Folkparken is within walking distance with exciting playground, frisbee, mini golf, outdoor gym and beach volleyball and beautiful walking paths. Free parking is included.

There is a pool, and you can swim during certain times so as not to disturb neighbors late at night. Access to a dock about 100 meters from the property. Parking for 1 car at the property. Free parking about 100 meters away. 8 km to central Norrköping. We would prefer that you clean. If you want to hire us for cleaning, it costs SEK 700.

Welcome to Åby, north of Norrköping. Close to swimming, nature and Kolmården zoo. Modern and spacious apartment of 68 square meters. 4 beds, a double bed 180 cm and a bunk bed 90 cm divided into two separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large balcony with garden furniture. Built in 2019. The apartment is located on top of a double garage. Stairs up to the home. Walking distance to public transport to Norrköping as well as grocery store and restaurants in central Åby.

An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds including bed linens and towels).

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.
