The Palm House at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg Park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco fixtures, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone-laid patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. In the winter months, it can get a little cold, then you have to crawl up on the sofa and light a fire in the fireplace.

Welcome to our cozy year-round holiday home at Vemmentorpasjön about 8 km from Örkelljunga. Here you can relax and enjoy both swimming and comfortable walks in the forest or a more adventurous trip to Vallåsen (17km) or Kungsbyggets Adventure Park (10km) where there is downhill-MTB etc. The house is located on a hill overlooking meadows and woods and less than 5 minutes walk to the well-kept bathing area at Lake Vemmentorpa. Access to canoe that can be pulled down to the lake is included in rental.

En mysig stuga i skogsbrynet bland granar och blåbärsris. På en mindre väg nära skog och sjöar ligger den här stugan på 110 kvm. En stor skogstomt med lummiga sittplatser. Plocka blåbär som växer runt huset. Även kantareller kan titta fram. Vår till höst finns tillgång till roddbåt i Åsljungasjön, har flytvästar och fiskekort finns att köpa året runt. Här är även en badplats gång/cykelavstånd på ca 1200 m. Eller kanske ett uppfriskande vinterbad. Nära till svampskog, stigar och olika sjöar.

Härlig stuga från 50-talet med fina vintage-möbler inspirerade av samma årtionde. Är sista stugan på vägen ut på en udde i Vittsjös sjöområde så här har du lugnet och tystnaden, men är ändå bara en promenad från affärer och tåg. Skogen inpå knuten och härliga strövområden. Bra fiske bara metrar från ytterdörren. Här vaknar du med utsikt över vacker sjö! Njut av stjärnhimlen och ugglornas hoande på kvällen. Från 1 november 2025 ändrar vi ena sovrummet till en lounge och tar endast två gäster.

Cottage by pond

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A wooden cottage built 2004 by a pond at the edge of the woods. It is not far from the E4 highway, located all by itself, you will not hear anything but the sound of nature. Three bedrooms, one with a large double bed, two with two bunk beds in each room. A large sitting room, with a fireplace in the middle, and a large dining table, with a magnificent view over the pond and the fields. There is also a fullt equipped kitchen.

Vallåsen Park which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country skiing tracks is only 25 minutes from our cabin. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.
