I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

Just 10 mins from Malmo, Lund and Lomma beach, you are in a fantastic location to discover the delights of Scandinavian summer in Skåne. The train station is a short walk and trains run every 15 mins to both Malmo and Lund and take just 10 mins or you can continue to Copenhagen and sample the amazing restaurants. 2nd studio also available

It is a modern and newly-built flat in central Lund. It is a 10-15 minutes walking distance from Lund University. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located flat in Lund. Bus stop is a few minutes away, a nearby grocery store ICA (150 meters), a gym and pharmacy (20 meters), a pizzeria (150 meters) and many other facilities that you need during your stay. The flat has dishawsher, laundry machine, a nice kitchen and many other facilities that you need for daily life

Modern, Well-Equipped and Cozy Flat

Modern and comfortable studio in Lund, situated in a peaceful area with convenient transport options and beautiful jugging and biking tracks around. The flat is equipped with most of the necessities for a pleasant stay. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and gym are located within a 10-min walk. The Lund University campus and City Centre are within a 30-40 minute walk, approximately 15-20 minutes by bus, and 10-15 minutes by bike. Two beautiful lakes are just a 10-min walk away.

Cozy room in separate building.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Lämpligt för dig som uppskattar en övernattningsupplevelse i ett fräscht kompaktboende, beläget i ett lugnt villaområde med goda cykel- och bussförbindelser till centrala Lund.

Perfekt för dig som reser ensam eller er som gillar det smått och intimt! Studio 32 ligger centralt i Lunds kulturcentrum med gångavstånd till allt som staden har ett erbjuda. Området Kulturkvadranten är ett mycket vackert område med fina gamla hus och pittoreska kullerstensgator.

Eget boende i del av villa! Här är ett fräscht och trivsamt rum på lugnt läge bara 10 - 12 minuters promenad från Lunds stadkärna. Boendet har egen ingång, egen dusch och toalett. Två cyklar kan man låna gratis i mån av tillgång. Egen p-plats utanför huset (gratis).
