Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

Only two hours drive from Copenhagen, in the authentic Småland with stone fences and raw nature, you will find Vägla. A small Swedish village centered on 3 large beautiful lakes and surrounded by miles of untouched forest. Here is the old grocery store, built in 1944 and renovated in 2014-2022, directly out to the beautiful Vägla lake and its plot have water on three sides! The location and size of the house make it perfect for the family vacation that will be remembered!

Cabin in the countryside in northern Skåne

Torpet is located near the forest on the outskirts of Visseltofta a small cozy village with church and nice playground at the homestead and near Helge river. Bathing area with beach and jetty is located in Vesljunga 5 km away. There are farm shops in the area. Excursion destination: Moose safari in Markaryd, Brio lekoseum in Osby, Ikea museum in Älmhult. There are 6 beds, but the house is best suited in size for 4 adults or a family with children.

Wi-Fi included nice walking paths in the forest, good fishing opportunities in the ponds or in Helgeå with adjacent lakes, there is also a pedal boat and tennis court that you can share with two other cabins , if you have children there is a small children's round in the forest with darts, ball throwing and balancing etc. there is also the possibility to rent a hot tub , hot tub.
