Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Park at the house in one of the 4 private parking spaces (if free) or in the village according to the StVO [Road Traffic Act]. Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Our German-American family would be so pleased to invite you into our home. Our charming, 200-year-old guest house is just a few minutes away from the historic town of Weimar. Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. We have lovingly renovated our little cottage, framed by roses and furnished with antiques, melding the old-world with a touch of the modern. We hope that each of our guests feels at home.

In the surrounding area there are a variety of excursion destinations such as the suspension rope bridge, the model railway in Wiehe, the Rosarium in Sangerhausen, the Kyffhäuser and the Panorama Museum in Bad Frankenhausen. The nearby Unstrut bike path invites you to explore the Unstrut Valley by bike.

The Thüinger Forest is about 70 km away. Supermarket is nearby. Free parking in front of the house. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is furnished. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed.
