The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator, in a building that is still waiting for renovation - but the apartment itself is completely newly renovated and modernly equipped.

For smokers, we have a shared balcony on the floor of the house (Key in the apartment). The apartment is located in a house without an elevator, so it will not be possible without stairs :) If you arrive by train, it is ideal to get off at *Stodolní* station, from where the apartment is about 3 minutes on foot. So this is our 6-ton baby. We have come a long way together from sunny California, where the Ford e350, an ordinary discarded school bus, eventually became our extraordinary Rufus. 😊 Fully equipped kitchen, 140 x 200 cm bed, storage space, dining room, original sofa, dashboard and manual door opening lever. Outside there is a terrace with a grill and seating, a solar shower - the sun heats the water to make it warm, a dry toilet, but most of all beautiful nature and peace.
