Holiday rentals with a patio in Ostuni

Very charming apartment. Good beds, well-equipped kitchen, working smart TV. In a beautiful setting with beautiful beaches and an old town. Parking in the neighborhood is a bit more difficult, but there is always a place to find, even if it is a bit further away. Host is very helpful and hospitable.

This house is absolutely beautiful—full of character, charm, and thoughtful touches. It’s peaceful, private, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Marina is a wonderful host: responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return!

Marcello was the perfect host , right from the initial booking stage . Very responsive and informative as well as super kind . Location is great , 15 minutes walk to Ostuni centre . Private parking , spacious interior as well as a lovely patio . Well equipped kitchen with every condiment imaginable! Highly recommend Marcello’s place

Claudia was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. She welcomed us in the apartment and we felt right at home. The apartment is conveniently located 7 minutes away from the train station, and close to the main square and the old part of town. In addition to the very unique look and feel of the place, the private terrasse was a great spot to enjoy the morning sun. Claudia’s food recommandations were also spot on, we enjoyed every single one that we tried.

We had a great stay in Puglia although the weather was not as nice as expected in mid of April. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (including salt, pepper, oil, dishwasher tabs, etc.). The communication with the agency is easy and they were very responsive to any questions that we had. The location of the apartment is a good starting point to visit Puglia. Also, in San Vito dei Normanni there are several restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery shops which is very convenient. As per all previous reviews, what a great little BnB. All the details have been thought of and a great place to escape the city but well located for a lot of the places in apulia. Great host who goes out their way to make your stay as good as it can be with some very strong recommendations for chilled beaches and local pizzeria. Thanks a lot Amelia.

I truly believe Antonella’s place is the best location in Polignano! The patio has the most amazing view staring right into the Grotto. Sitting out on the patio swing watching the sunset was priceless. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with everything! Thank you so much for such a remarkable vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and lovely backyard made it really special. The hosts were so friendly and responsive. We already miss it and would love to come back!

We had a perfect 3 nights at this property. The host couple's welcome was very warm. The gentleman spoke French, which greatly facilitated the exchanges. They gave us good advice for visits to the area and recommended excellent restaurants. Upon our arrival, water, milk and something to snack on for breakfast were at our disposal, a really appreciable attention. The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. It felt like home.

Wonderful stay in a lost paradise of the Itria Valley! I had studied several options and this one was the best for the extremely central location, 10 minutes from Ostuni, and within reasonable distance of the main sights. This small house in the middle of nature has a great charm. While it must be perfect in summer, it is also perfect in winter, thanks to the wood stove that allows you to live around a real fireplace. It's a bit rustic (you have to relight the fire in the morning when you wake up), but it's exactly what we were looking for, and thanks to the kindness of James (who took care of buying the wood for us), we were able to enjoy his home in the best conditions. Very well-equipped house. So I would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely authentic old building! We felt like locals! It’s just on the edge of the old town with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. All the wonderful bars and restaurants are so close. There is everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine! The bed is huge and it’s one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The veranda was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. Francesco was very friendly and helpful as a host. The perfect place to explore this part of Puglia!

What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

The photographers apartment is an excellent opportunity to stay in the heart of Monopoli overlooking the harbor. Very nice, comfortable apartment that is two flights up from street level. Fabrizio was very helpful, a cheerful person with loads of local information and always available by direct message. We spent 5 nites and were very happy with the accommodations.

Had a wonderful stay in Villa Particolare. We stayed in the studio for 2 weeks. Beautiful clean space and everything available! Beautiful, quiet area near Martina Franca. Peter and Anita are very warm people. They gave us many tips about the area. We felt completely at home!

This apartment is located in a sleepy, seaside town. With a beautiful terrace overlooking the port and the locals walking about and playing cards. The apartment was sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable, the air conditioners blow cold if you need it. The kitchen/ living are is smaller than expected and the furniture is really patio furniture. Still, would stay here again because the location is perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s apartment! The space was absolutely lovely—quiet, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Andrea clearly takes great care in creating a welcoming environment. Conversano itself is a hidden gem in Puglia. The town is gorgeous and so underrated. We loved strolling through the charming streets within the old city walls, soaking in the history and atmosphere. There are plenty of delightful restaurants, salumerias, and shops to explore, making it a perfect destination for foodies and culture lovers alike. We would absolutely recommend Andrea’s apartment and Conversano to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful Puglian getaway. Thank you, Andrea, for such a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s apartment — it’s in the best part of the city, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The space was clean, beautifully designed, and spacious enough for the three of us. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed — nothing was lacking. Alex was fantastic: super communicative, full of great local recommendations, helped us find parking for our rental car, and even booked us a dinner reservation for our first night. He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place — we can’t wait to stay here again!

We were two families (4adults and 3 kids) and the place was as in the pictures, very clean, we liked the terrace and that we could all eat break fast there (it gets sunny up there very fast though), it has stairs, to go up there and also in the 2nd bedroom (but we knew that from the pictures). We enjoyed it very much, including the balcony in the 1st bedroom to stay at a coffee and also safe for kids. All in all good value of money and we would return at Georgio’s place if life will take us there again at some point :).

Francesco is a very welcoming and available host if you need him. The neighbors are very friendly. If the accommodation is quiet with the windows closed, the environment is noisy with a very busy road. This apartment has parking, which is very nice. Namely, the kitchen equipment is very minimalist. The historic center is a 10-minute walk away, which is great. I highly recommend this listing!

A great Trullo place to stay. Good quality finish all round. Great hosts. All good 😊
