From the lobby lounge, you can relax while looking out at the spacious garden, Lake Biwa, and the magnificent mountains. WiFi is available throughout the facility, making it a workation destination. The two dining kitchens have everything you need, and there is a pharmacy and supermarket, as well as a convenience store around the facility, so you can stock up on groceries and daily necessities. The garden deck is equipped with 2 large BBQ gas stoves and a large amount of garden furniture. We have a Canadian house, just a stone through away from the beautiful Lake Biwa. Suitable place to stay for family trip, with friends and work trip. For 7guests or less, we rent 3 bed rooms (with 8 beds) For 8guests or more, we can rent the extra cabin space which is still part of the building but usually there is no access.(5 bed rooms and an attic, 12 beds and extra bathroom) please see photos and enquire within. - No Party - No BBQ after 9pm
