CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Light-flooded apartment on the upper floor of the "Flying Dutchman" building in the famous Olympic Port in Kiel, just a few meters to the beach and promenade with restaurants, cafes and shops. Due to the floor-to-ceiling window front in south-west direction, the apartment is flooded with light. The big balcony is equipped with table and chairs as well as an awning and has sun from morning to evening. With its bright oak parquet and stylish furniture the apartment is inviting to feel good.

Welcome to my cozy 3-room apartment at Gerhardstr 47 :) The apartment is centrally located in Kiel in a traffic-calmed side street of Holtenauer Straße. Right around the corner are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants & also a bus stop. The apartment offers two bedrooms and a cozy living room. If necessary, an airbed can be set up here for additional guests. In addition, I will set up the baby bed if necessary :)

Eine kleine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schottischem Flair wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Das Zentrum und den Hafen erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus. Die nächste Haltestelle ist in 4 Minuten Entfernung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Citti-Park, Rewe-Center (Plaza), IKEA und verschiedene Supermärkte. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Bei uns bekommst du einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiels. The quiet apartment building is located in a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. Fully equipped kitchen, internet and TV are available! There is a washing machine in the basement.

Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.
