Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock, Lily pad swim raft, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Constructed in 2024 in the heart of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes. Sleeps 16 adults. 3 king bedrooms each with bathroom en suites. Steam shower, sauna and adjoining shower room. Pool (May 1 through Oct 31) and hot tub (year-round) overlooking the lake. Sunsets on the dock, a sandy beach, and fire pit. 3-season porch tucked in between the treetops. Bring the family to Oak Grove Cabin with lots of room for fun. Located on Ethel Lake, you will have lake access to your own beach with a dock to secure any boat, kayak, canoe, or raft. Perfect for a family getaway. Located just a short drive from nearby towns of Ottertail and Battle Lake and just a short walk to 1910 Sip House (Ages 16+ from May 1-November 1, no exceptions). Close to Balmoral, Thumper Pond and Oakwood golf courses, Glendalough State Park, and snowmobile trail 263.

Dock space, paddleboat kayaks & canoe available for renters to use on the river or to access the swimming beach (only accessible by the river).

The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.
