The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Nice little apartment in the middle of the Ötztal

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price (Use of the Leisure Arena) Tourist tax is charged on site at €5 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can also book breakfast on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free of charge.
