Located 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 25 minutes from Oaklawn casino. Located in Hot Springs Village with 8 golf courses, several lakes, pickle ball and tennis courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 min to Walmart, 1 hr to META Site, between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both 1 hour away. This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

My place is close to Grambling State University. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our apartment is located above a restaurant so it requires that you climb stairs and unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible. We keep our place reasonably priced to attract folks that understand the value of a cozy home versus a hotel in the area.
