Busy B Ranch is a 1,000+acre wildlife & leisure ranch, including a new drive-thru safari Busy B Ranch Wildlife Park. Our safari is 125+acres with 3 miles of roads & over 400 animals to enjoy. We offer log cabin rentals, that are tucked away on their own private 11 acre lake. Come spend a few days fishing, rocking on the front porch and relax in the woods of Northeast Texas. We recommend you build a campfire & roast marshmallows in the fresh evening air. We are located 6 miles north of Jefferson.

Walk to the West Mountain trail head or to Bathhouse Row from here! There are often deer in the back yard, and at night you can see horses and carriages go by from the Arlington Hotel.> The renovation of the house to make it fun, cozy, and safe for our guests has been a labor of love. We welcome any visitors who will respect and enjoy the property!! We have a portable Pack and Play for toddlers! We love children! The dining area faces the Park, and the TV room is between that and the kitchen!

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

The Cabin at Tiny Haven Farm

Our small cozy cabin, newly built in 2021, is stocked with all the essentials you'll need for your home away from home. We offer 1 bedroom and 1 loft, a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, washer and dryer, a peaceful front porch, and a TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, and more. We offer the best of town and country -- we are located in city limits for quick access to shops and restaurants, and other than our personal residence on the property, there are no neighbors in sight.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! 2-story living space sleeps up to 6. Downstairs has a kitchenette (no stove or kitchen sink) with a microwave, coffee pot, mini frig and utensils. Dish tub provided, and you can wash dishes outside. Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.
