From our comfortable base, you can walk or cycle into the countryside in no time, passing by dikes, nature, and a beautiful Klompenpad trail. You can enjoy a refreshing dip in the water just 3 minutes away by bike. The Veluwe, Montferland, Arnhem, and even Germany are just around the corner. The center of Zevenaar offers cozy terraces and nice shops. We are only 5 minutes from the A12/A3.

In the evening, you will be treated to the sun setting over the Mookerheide, which can be admired from your private deck terrace. Sleep under a large dome roof with all the facilities in the house. The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.
