Omakotitalo 30 metriä meren rannasta Kuivaniemellä noin 65 km Oulusta pohjoiseen. Talosta 4-tielle kilometri ja Kemiin 35 km. Kymmenen vuotta sitten valmistunut kaksikerroksinen talo on hyvin varusteltu. Talossa kaksi terassia, joista toinen on lasitettu. Pihalla kaasugrilli. Saunasta voi kävellä lyhyen matkan uimaan. Lähellä on yleinen uimaranta, jossa on lapsille sopiva matala hiekkaranta. Rannalta voi kalastaa. Kauppaan on 10 kilometriä. Käytössä kanootti ja suppilauta. Hyvät kävelyreitit.

Rauhallinen vierasmökki idyllisessä pihapiirissä. Vierasmökissä puulämmitteinen sauna, jonka löylyjä kehuttu runsaasti! Haukiputaan keskustaan 2,2km, Sale Keiska 800m. Oulusta useampi linja-auto mahdollisuus Haukiputaalle. Bussipysäkiltä n.800m kohteeseen. Mökin takana sijaitsee puro. Joenrantaan on matkaa n.300m. Käytössä kaksi polkupyörää. Sisäänkirjautuminen alkaen klo:18. Aikaisempi sisäänkirjautuminen voi olla mahd. varaustilanteesta riippuen. Kohteesta löytyy reilusti pysäköintitilaa.
