Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Øvre Eiker Municipality

A fantastic great cabin, clean, new and cozy atmosphere. We traveled three families and had plenty of space, we had so much fun that we chose to stay an extra night! ☺️ We had everything we needed at the cabin and there were cozy hiking areas at the local campsite. We will probably come back here, this is a cabin that suits summer and winter ❤️ Lovely views. Slightly steep hills up to the cabin, especially slippery now when the snow arrived! Low enough with 4x4 or studded tires in the winter☺️ From the car up to the cabin, the ground is also quite steep, with fresh snow it was a bit scary to walk down, but it went smoothly ☺️

Clean and very cosy. The outdoor flat was lovely with sofa group, dining table and hanging chair. There was a jacuzzi there and but we didn't use it. Large bedrooms and good beds. We were a family of three and a couple of friends and we had more than enough space. Decent distance to Kiwi and the city, and a light rail and many trails right by the house. We recommend the place.

We stayed one night on a detour. The place was cozy and functional, great outdoor terrain was a nice bonus.

We have enjoyed our stay at Ole place and he was a great host, I recommend.

This home is located in a gorgeous bucolic setting. Towering pines amidst giant boulders pressed into the hills, overlooking a lovely expanse of farmland. Daily visits from a variety of birds and a horse and cart race by for exercise. Relaxing walking paths lead into the forest. Plenty of parking. Several welcoming spots to sit outside. Inside the home there spacious rooms for relaxing, working, sleeping and just spending time with friends and family. Stores for food and other supplies nearby. And incredible hosts!

We can confidently recommend Brede's house to others. Our family needed to "change walls" during the winter holidays, and the possibility of a large new house, lots of bedrooms, child friendly, as well as the jacuzzi outdoor tempted very much. Unfortunately, we were taken off sick after a night at Brede's place and had to go home in the middle of our stay. Even though the family in the house has small children, Wde took this in a good mood! We really felt like being able to spread the infection to the kids - without us being able to help it - but attitude to Brede was that this _not_ was a problem and just wanted a good recovery!

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely home. The house has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Watching the changes in light throughout the day into evening was restful and at times awe inspiring with the fog on the lake rising in the morning . A very nice accommodation with high-quality amenities. But the most impressive thing is the breathtaking view, which you can also enjoy in bad weather thanks to the covered terrace. I'd love to come back!

Super cozy apartment with smart solutions and everything you need. Incredibly nice that both the kitchen and the dishes/cutlery etc. were so clean and nice that you can move right in and feel at home. Deliciously soft bed linen, and the landlord even came with personal delivery of coffee and coffee makers for breakfast. Bjørn Ivar and Trude have been incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish, and I am very grateful for all the help. We will definitely save this place as a favorite for any future visits to the area. Thank you very much :)

We booked this place in the last minute and so lucky it was available. Amazing isolated space on the country side. Great overnight stop or for couple of days to spend peaceful time. Hosts are responsive and very helpful!

Rented this nice apartment both in Pentecost 2023 and Pentecost 2025. Both times we were very pleased. Andreas responds quickly to all inquiries. All the little things you need for the kitchen or dishes are in place. Good selection of games for young and old. I highly recommend it and will gladly return here.

We spent a wonderful evening and a calm night at Daniel’s place. Everything was clean and tidy and we felt right at home. The best part was waking up with this magnificent view of the lake! We highly recommend you to stay here!

Anne Regine has been a polite host, responded quickly to inquiries and has set up a perfect apartment to rent for short and longer stays. The apartment is well equipped with coffee machine, dishes and clothes washing machine. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The only thing you could want is a slightly larger and more modern TV and may well have one mirror in the hallway. But TV I have hardly had time to use anyway the week I have stayed here, there is both wifi and channels available. Spacious kitchen with the most necessary tools. If you are going to a gathering at Krona, it is 2-3 honest minutes to walk. The area that Kongsberg gives the impression of in general is also calm at night. Although this is located right by a busy local street during the day, it is quiet at night. Never heard anything to the neighbors either. There is also a nice covered balcony. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor so it also gives the impression of safety and security from the street. Would love to come back and would recommend to all acquaintances.
