Holiday rentals with a patio in Oxford

Josie welcomed us to the apartment and gave us a thorough introduction to its amenities and an overview of the surrounding area. It was an easy walk to the local bus stations from which we could reach all the beautiful villages in the Cotswolds. Cheltenham is a wonderful and walkable city whose residents are quick to offer assistance to anyone puzzling over a tourist map; of which the city library offers freely (in case you misplace yours).

Claudia is an amazing host and her flat was one of the best Airbandb places we have rented. She was totally helpful in every aspect of our stay, making sure that we had what we needed to feel at home and suggesting sites and experiences we might like to explore. Claudia's flat is on the ground floor (so no stairs for those of us with mobility challenges) and was perfect for our adult family. Three bedrooms with large, wonderfully comfortable beds! And each of us had our own ensuite bathroom. The view of trees and the sound of birds created a peaceful environment for our ten day stay. Thank you Claudia! Bonnie and Bob Canada

Thank you Jenn & Nick for hosting us in your accommodation. It was a pleasure to discover the Cotswolds by staying in this small and cosy flat. Everything was very clean and tidy. The flat has everything you need for a few days (also shampoo and conditioner!). The accommodation is only 5-10 minutes walk from the centre, where there are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Parking is easy on the street or nearby. The only drawback is that there is another flat upstairs and the floor sounds a lot when guests walk around.

I was staying for a party in the area, so needed to drop my car early and check in late in the evening, which was readily accommodated. The space itself was a very nice, clean and well set up annexe. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen set up for cooking if needed - with a fridge. All in all I was delighted, would have been perfect if I'd needed a few days away for work too.

The location was great, close to Christ Church and the Main Street. It was peaceful and adequate. Thank you Mariano.

Thyme Cottage is a little gem of a place. The pictures really don't do it justice - it is so cute. We stayed here as we had two nights at Nocturne Festival which was just 10 minutes away so super convenient for this. In terms of the house itself its one of the nicest Airbnb i have stayed in, every little detail so well thought through. it was a super hot day when we arrived but the cottage remained cool and Alison even changed the duvet to a lighter tog for us. It was squeaky clean, lovely little touches like super nice bath robes, 100 acres amenities, a beautiful little garden to sit in which we made plenty of use of , bed was super comfortable and parking was right outside. The interior design of the house was second to none, kitchen well stocked and one of the best showers i have encountered in an Airbnb. Alison is an amazing host, gave recommendations and answered as soon as we messaged. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all prospective new guests. 10/10.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. We stayed at Acre Lodge over the late May bank holiday and it was brilliant. The lodge is clean, well laid out and with all the amenities and equipment you need for a restful stay. The fixtures and fittings are all great quality and the hot tub is good fun. The Mason Arms is a five minute walk away and a fantastic pub for food, service and atmosphere. Janet was a great host, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly recommend The Little Forge for a stay in the Cotswolds - it was so pretty, peaceful and the hot tub was a bonus! We stayed here for our mini moon after our wedding for a bit of rest and relaxation and got just that! Kelly gave us super clear instructions of where to park and how to get in - all really easy. The cottage itself is really pretty, has all the home comforts you could possibly need as well as being in walking distance to a great pub with delicious food and really good service. It was peaceful and relaxing - Kelly had thought of all amenities you might need during your stay - it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is a great base to explore lots of the Cotswolds - we enjoyed Stow-on-the-Wold, walk no. 4 in the "40 walks in the Cotswolds" book, Cowley Manor Experimental for an afternoon spa trip and The Feathered Nest. We loved our stay - would love to come again some time! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Tramway House. The location is perfect and the property was ideal for two couples. It is well equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay and just like a home from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others and to stay again.

A great cottage that’s perfectly placed with all the popular places in the Cotswolds being only 10/15 minutes away which was perfect for our trip! The village is also lovely with really great pubs that serve good food and also walkable from the cottage, highly recommend The Hare. Rachel provided a map which showed where to walk your dog and routes to walk to the various places in the area (wild garden, pubs, co-op shop) which was really helpful. It was a perfect stay for our dog with the garden just behind the cottage and the path alongside the fields for a walk which was handy and also gorgeous. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

Very relaxed stay in a quiet; but easily accessible part of Chipping Norton - we will probably stay again if Samantha will have us.

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

We were so happy to have found Joanne’s place. It is much bigger than the photos appear and very comfortably accommodated our 4 adults. Fresh flowers, biscuits, milk and breakfast pastries were a nice extra touch. It was just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cheltenham and with free on road parking it was a very convenient location. Communication with Joanne was quick and friendly at all times. We hope to return for another stay in Cheltenham.

Susan’s apartment was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, excellent condition and great location for not visiting nearby friends and walking to town.

This is the perfect place to stay in Stratford Upon Avon! Such a nice experience to stay in a building with so much history and character and, at the same time, the flat is really modern, well equipped and quiet inside. We only stayed for 1 night but you can see how Sarah has thought of every detail so that it's great for longer stays too. I would 100% pick to stay here again. Sarah was incredibly helpful with sorting out parking permits and giving us instructions on where to park, so that it was completely stress free getting there. It's right on the high street, super close to everything.

What a beautiful place to stay, incredibly well equipped and designed and decorated to a really high standard, beautiful wrap around balcony - we were lucky enough to have amazing weather to enjoy it. Simple instructions to get in and out, immaculately clean - we loved our stay. A luxury apartment for a luxury price.
