The 40 sqm apartment with 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800 m from Lake Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenberg cable car. The surroundings are therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini-golf course. Important: In November, the pool & sauna are usually closed for maintenance.

Haslach lies directly on the Grüntensee at an altitude of just over 900m. The apartment offers enough space for 4 people on 105 m². In the new, modern country house kitchen, nothing stands in the way of your cooking pleasure. The living room has a flat screen (55") and a hi-fi system (USB, Bluetooth). The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds (180 × 200) and additional LED TVs (43″) as well as each with their own new bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer. In addition, there is an extra toilet in the apartment.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).
