Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Pa Daet Sub-district

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

I recently stayed at Pine's condo in Chiang Mai and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless and impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat. Noey is a very responsive host. Although there's a small problem on the first night of stay, she helped and solve the problem right away. The location is perfect and many good cafes around the corner. I love the neighborhood.

Everything was perfect! One of the best Airbnbs I've ever known. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the location with local restaurants just downstairs, good massage parlors, the night market 5-10 min walk. I would 100% recommend!!

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.
