Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Pa Daet Sub-district

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Great location, great condo, great host

숙소의 위치는 마야몰 1분 거리여서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소 내부는 2명이 생활하기에 살짝 좁았지만 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 내부 청결도는 관리가 잘 되어있어서 매우 깔끔했습니다. 초반에 창가와 침대에 개미들이 발견되어 불편했지만, 호스트님이 조치해주신 이후로는 개미가 발견되지 않았습니다. 그래서 마지막까지는 매우 만족스러운 생활을 하였습니다. 또한 호스트님과의 소통은 원활하며 피드백도 빠른 편입니다. 경비원분들이 너무 친절하시며 특히 밤에 근무하시는 분이 특히 정감이 갈 정도로 친절하십니다. 다른 후기에 소음에 대한 의견들이 있는데, 저희는 크게 문제되지 않았습니다. 비행기소리는 밤에는 안들리며, 도로의 자동차 소리도 아침에만 살짝 들리는 정도입니다. 치앙마이에서 님만해민은 전체적으로 깔끔한 지역이라 이곳에 숙소를 잡으신다면, 여기를 추천합니다. 저희는 마야몰 쇼핑을 자주했기 때문에 마야몰에 가까운 숙소 위치가 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 재방문시 다시 한번 지내고 싶은 콘도입니다.

I recently stayed at Pine's condo in Chiang Mai and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless and impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat. Noey is a very responsive host. Although there's a small problem on the first night of stay, she helped and solve the problem right away. The location is perfect and many good cafes around the corner. I love the neighborhood.

Tout était parfait ! L’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai connu. Le logement était très propre et confortable. j’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement avec des restaurants locaux juste en bas, des bons salons de massages, le night market à 5-10 min à pied. Je recommande à 100% !!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Natty in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war groß,geräumig und recht sauber. Des Weiteren kann man über den Preis echt nicht meckern und man kann auch Abstriche sehr gut verkraften. Beispielsweise die Duschtür geht nicht ganz zu und dann läuft das Wasser raus, oder der Tisch hat ein paar Macken. Aber im Großen und Ganzen in Hinsicht auch auf das auf dem Preises. Bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den paar Nächten, die ich in Chiang Mai verbringen durfte.

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.
