The beach is 1.5km away, there is a big grocery store 500m away and also many restaurants in the kata area.

The inviting pool area features a vibrant blue-tiled pool surrounded by sun loungers and tropical plants. A decorative elephant statue enhances the space, while umbrellas provide shade. The villa's exterior is visible in the background, creating a harmonious integration with the outdoors.

On the second floor (10mx15m) there are two separate sections, one is the master bedroom (5mx15m) with sitting area, office and small deck on the back. The other section (5mx15m)is split into a kitchen, dining area and living room with a large deck on the front and a small deck on the back. Floor plans are included with the picture files.

The bathroom features contemporary tiles in a combination of white and dark hues. It includes a spacious vanity with a large mirror above. Natural light filters through the window, and a walk-in shower is visible in the corner, showcasing a glass partition.

Our house was called Snoozy , that located near the center of Phuket old town ,only walk from the house about 5 mins then you can explore the old town of Phuket, night market , local restaurant and more. Also far from Thai Hua Museum about 1.3 km. It’s very easy to go to the famous beach by the local bus from the old town.
