Villa holiday rentals in Pa Tong

Villa meets expectations. Removed somewhat from the city, we were able to discover several very local restaurants. 7/11 and Lotus within walking distance or scooter. However, the villa is in a neighborhood with a mosque nearby. Prayer is heard at different times and alcohol is not available everywhere in shops or restaurants. The stay was really great. The villa is new, very clean and the quality of the services is up to the non-excessive price. Complex secured by the security staff who was very nice. Bua's team is responsive to questions and different requests. Transportation has been arranged to pick us up from the airport to the villa. I recommend the villa 👌🏼

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet, well-equipped villa. The pool was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent - just a 10-minute walk to Kamala Beach (through the night market) and 2 minutes to 7/11, MiniBigC, and Lotus Fresh. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Utilities for 8 nights (2 people) cost ~1300-1400 THB. Recommended for a relaxing stay.

Great villa. Slightly apart from the noisy part of Patong. Cozy and quiet. Easy to communicate with the host. There are house keeping survive as well if you needed one.

We had an incredible stay at Prima Villa in Karon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Jacky and her team were always on standby and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The villa was private, spacious, and extremely comfortable—just what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and airy, and the pool was absolutely beautiful and completely secluded, offering a peaceful space to unwind. The location was great—just a 5-minute walk to a nearby massage spot and a 7-Eleven for snacks and essentials. Local shops were also within walking distance. Despite being close to amenities, the villa was tucked away in a quiet area, making it perfect for those who want to relax away from the busier parts of Phuket. Our stay was from the first day on very friendly and welcoming. Penny and her team was outstanding and always helpful, no matter what we asked Penny had a answer🙏 We also requested a family dinner and Penny was cooking authentic delicious Thai Food which our family appreciated the hole stay. My family and I had a lovely stay at Mirka & Philippe's place in Choeng Thale. The house was spacious and had a lovely lounge and kitchen area. The pool and outside space was just fantastic and great for spending time relaxing. Its totally possible to walk to Bang Tao beach for a swim or to visit any of the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. If you have small children you are walking along the busy roadside . We ended up getting tuk tuks to take us there and back for a very small amount of THB which resolved the issue. Easy access to Boat Avenue for more food and shopping options. There was some minor construction noise from around the area during our stay but it wasn't too bad. Mirka was very responsive and a great host. We would stay again.

I rented this beautiful home for a girl’s trip of 10. It did not disappoint. The host was very responsive and the house manager Aom who also cooked us delicious meals upon request was very warm and welcoming. The housekeeper too did a great job keeping the house clean. The house is close to great restaurants and a beach. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Our time at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The house and location were beautiful and it was a perfect space for our family vacation. We had 7 people spanning three generations as well as other family that came over to visit (after checking with Laurence of course) and never felt crowded. It was so much better than getting multiple hotel rooms and then trying to find shared space amongst the crowds of tourists and vacationers you find at hotels and resorts. Laurence also helped us book a chef who came in and cooked a delicious dinner for 13 people. The staff were wonderful and caring and treated us like family while we were there. We were honestly sad to say goodbye! It is also well located and is easy to get into downtown Patong or over to Karen Beach or Phuket etc. Takes a little walking or grabbing a car for further places, but the privacy, beautiful pool, rooms and space are well worth it. We hope to come back sometime again not too far in the future! Wonderful place!

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

Toby and the team (Winny) were amazing hosts from the start! Such a beautiful premises, one of the best villas I’ve stayed in yet in Thailand. Will definitely come again when I come back to Phuket!

it's perfect for who is looking to enjoy a peaceful property, there is everything if you are a cook ,because if you don't like to cook then it's not for you .our host jasmine was very responsible.location is bit far from market area ..but villa is very beautiful...

The place was amazing and felt homey but what really stood out was Julian’s amazing service! The villa had everything you would need but if you would need more, Julian would go above and beyond. Will make this place my go-to for when I come back to Phuket next time!

The villa is even better than in the photos, with stunning views of Patong. The host is perfect: he can arrange a taxi and have scooters delivered directly to the house. The villa is cleaned every day by a very nice lady, and the host helped us find great tips. Excellent stay, I highly recommend Villa coco B!

Very helpful host. The villa is in great condition, convenient location. Nearby there are shops, cafes, a gorgeous view. Large infinity pool, stylish design, smart TV, excellent internet. The beach is 5–7 minutes by bike or about 20 minutes on foot. Thanks for the hospitality! Will definitely come back again. Would recommend!

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

I highly recommend staying at Naofel's airbnb, it's even better IRL than the photos esp. the entrance at night and exterior design. It has plenty amenities and is a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect, next to Kamala beach which turned out to be our favourite in Phuket. The host is kind, very helpful and supported us throughout our stay. I would definitely come back!
