In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Rantaan 50m, ei laituria, mökin vierestä menee rantaan tie / polku, jonka kohdalta oikealle rantaa voi käyttää. Rannalla soutuvene, joka yhteiskäytössä Koliwood B:n kanssa. Rakentamaton rantaviiva jatkuu todella pitkälle ja vasta 500m päässä tulee vastaan camping alue.
