The farmhouse is a strategic point 20 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains and 40 from the sea. Guests have exclusive use of the entire farmhouse, equipped with a terrace with a breathtaking view, a shaded veranda and a large garden. The farmhouse was rebuilt according to anti-seismic regulations.

The contemporary design of the glass wall facing the mountains offers some of the best views in the area. It's private but not isolated, with the owners' home located nearby: we guarantee our guests total privacy, but are happy to provide assistance or recommendations if you so desire.

Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

Cantina Le Canà - Doravera Apartment

A typical Mezzadrile farmhouse renovated respecting the authentic shapes that the history of our land has left us. Completely surrounded by vineyards, it houses an underground cellar for the production and refinement of our Le Canà wine; the result of the work of the fourth generation of the Polini family. The farm has been certified Organic for more than 15 years. The farmhouse includes 4 apartments of different sizes, totally independent, with private garden.

Villa Greta is a charming private villa with pool in Le Marche region, at a short distance to the Adriatic coast. The property is totally fenced-in and surrounded by a wide garden including a swimming pool with Roman stairs. Guests can benefit of a porch with table, chairs and sofas to eat and relax outside. An equipped gazebo and a veranda with Jacuzzi are present in the pool area. The villa is on three levels.
