1,300 sq ft home, in one of the best locations in Pacific Beach with hot tub. Very cozy three bedroom, two bathrooms, with all the amenities for a relaxing stay on the coast. Fully stocked with coffee, spices, cooking needs, towels and linens. Great for two families. Just bring your clothes and food. It's an flat 50 yard walk to the beach access.
