great place, furnished with love, fantastic view. only drawbacks ;-) . i LOVED the special showerhead there, yet if you are over 6 ft. 4 you have to duck - or use the other shower :-) . we had to leave

Great location, the most beautiful sunset that you can watch from the comfort of the living room couch or take a few steps to be right on the beach. Very responsive and friendly hosts. The place is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place on the coast. I’ve visited the coast a lot and have found most places sub par, but this exceeded all expectations. It was clean, well stocked, and the location was excellent! My only complaint is some minor street noise, but it wouldn’t stop me from returning. We will absolutely be back!

The stay went great. We spent most the time at the beach but being able to come back to house that felt relaxing made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

Cannot beat the view. Every window and even every angle from the mirror reflected gorgeous scenery. Comfortable furnishings and a clean space. Would absolutely stay again.

This was a quiet and clean space with comfortable beds. Definitely a good place to spend the night on Cape Kiwanda.

This is a unique place right by the bridge to Whalen Island where there is a beautiful hike with a unique ecosystem, gorgeous little beaches, and lots of birds. You could not have a better view of the estuary than from this house. I watched herons all day long while I was finishing my grading--amazing. My husband and I were here as part of our 32nd anniversary trip and Cassie was kind enough to let us in early, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed to make two excellent dinners and we felt lucky to be in such a gorgeous part of the world.

All of us --three generations--had a wonderfully amazing time at Christine's Pelican Haus! The location--a short walk to a magnificent beach and park and a three minute car ride to some great restaurants (a little longer ride to Wanda's was so worth it!)--truly made our mini vacation SO enjoyable and memorable. At the home, the outdoor hot tub and play equipment, and the indoor movies, music, and games provided fun for all ages. The kitchen was well-stocked, the dogs needs were attended to, and there was lots of room for each of us to enjoy our private time also. In other words, because the ambience was so wonderful, we had such a special, lovely, just simply A+ vacation. We hope that one day we might be back. Christine, your flexibility made this work. Thank you for your generous and kind hospitality.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

She checked with me the next morning to make sure that we got in ok and that our needs were being met. The extra amenities for children were very helpful. This home was the perfect retreat. Every detail was thought of and fully stocked above and beyond amenities. The vibe of the house was so peaceful and comfy! The record player and game room were on point. The back deck overlooking the river was fantastic! There was a hot tub with a gas fireplace. It was so amazing to wake up, drink coffee, and watch all the ducks and blue herring! It was a great weekend! We will definitely recommend it to friends and stay again! We ended up with six guests sharing this space, and nobody felt crowded or cramped. This is our 3rd year in Nye Beach, and definitely the best accommodations yet for spaciousness and convenience to the relaxed area. We cooked-in and dined-out, and the kitchen/dining area was so well appointed for our four night stay. You'll find the best food options just steps or minutes away, and don't miss the Italian place right below. Beds were extremely comfortable, furniture was generous, appliances were top notch, and whether relaxing or working, we felt right at home. Really cool idea with the hoodie "Borrow or Buy"offering. Perfect for June weather on the Oregon Coast. I was really surprised how quiet this town got at night, and I never heard a sound from any other tenants or from the restaurants downstairs. We come down down for the Marathon, so a quiet place to chill before and after, is well received. Glad we found Carole's Loft. Hope to spend more time real soon. Keith's a wonderful host!

100/10. The beach was SO close, it was amazing! The condo itself was so peaceful and stunning! I would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Cannon beach! Definitely one of my favorite stays on our road trip!

This is an excellent place. It has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay at Newport. I was particularly impressed with how well-stocked it was and the host's attention to detail. The view was amazing and it was nice just to sit and watch the waves. I'd also recommend this place to parents of smaller children. If I'm ever back in Newport, I'd totally stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay! The condo was very clean and a good location with a nice view. Be aware there is road noise. I'm accustomed to road noise so it didn't bother me but maybe not the best pick if you're very sensitive to noise.

We had a great few days at Yings’s place! She was very responsive and had great welcoming instructions everything was a breeze to get to place. Wonderful view and easy walk to beach. Great for families. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful view, comfortable living spaces, nice big bathtub. Plenty of dishes, soap, detergent, coffee. Look forward to staying again!
