Holiday rentals with a patio in Pacific Grove

Matthew was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space itself was very clean and in a peaceful location, with some great hiking trails nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

I felt right at home. It was nice to get away for my daughter’s graduation from UCSC. The drive to the graduation wasn’t bad at all. I loved being near the water and was able to walk to the cliff side for a beautiful sunset view. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is clean and in a quiet area but walkable to stores and restaurants. Loved having 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms and dedicated parking spots. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the apartment while our house was getting remodeled. The location is great—walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the patio was a great addition. The first-floor location and the large trees make the apartment cooler, but also a little dark. Overall, we had a good stay, and Cosme has been very responsive and flexible with our change of plans!

We were just passing through on a roadtrip and stayed here for the night. This Texas girl was very surprised to find no AC in the place but I’ve been told there’s not much of a need for it in California and I understand why now! We slept comfortably. I think it’s important to note that this apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator but don’t let that keep you from booking the place! We will definitely be back!

Cute and clean in-law apartment located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with walking distance to local hot spots. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded quickly when questions arose. I would recommend this place for a great stay in Santa Cruz!

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! This house is awesome for family adventures. It had every possible amenity for a vacation getaway you could need. The house was spotless upon our arrival and well-organized, with a detailed list of items available to ensure you had a great time. The Pacific Ocean is viewable from the second floor porch which seated six comfortably around the propane fire pit. There were many toys available for families traveling with children. Our toddler granddaughter really enjoyed playing with the many toys. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances. The location was just a few minutes' drive to downtown Monterey and Fisherman's Wharf. We absolutely recommend this Airbnb house in the Monterey area. Our host Meli was awesome. She communicated with us from the time we made the reservation until we left. Her instructions for the house were clear and concise. We contacted her twice while we were there and she responded to our questions within minutes. Meli is a top-notch host.

The open layout was ideal for keeping us connected as a family, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, easy to get to everything, which is especially important when there’s so much to explore. There are also great casual dining options close by, which made mealtime simple and stress-free. We had such a special stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing, and convenient home base for their trip.

A million Mahalos Vic and Leanne. We had an amazing time at your place in the Redwoods. First I want to say WOW, not only was this place clean, it was spotless. We felt like we were the first people who've ever stepped foot in the air bnb. Vic and Leanne had everything thing we needed and beyond. They really took their time when they put this place together. Their kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to put our meals together and the grocery store was only a few minutes away. Via and Leanne also had a ton of wonderful tips in their welcome binder. The prime location of Vic and Leanne's place made daily trips to Henry Cowell state park a must. Vic and Leanne are amazing hosts who made my family feel welcome and right at home. This place is heaven in the Redwoods for sure. Aloha Vic and Leanne!

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! In fact, my husband loved it so much that he joked that we should consider getting a place in Carmel Valley one day, just like this one! The house itself is beautifully laid out, well appointed, and impeccably designed. The views of the mountains were absolutely stunning. We brought our little one with us, and there were so many toys and books and a dedicated kids room to keep her entertained! Location was great as well - downtown was only a few minutes drive away, with access to cute wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Overall, we loved this place and would absolutely recommend!

We loved this place! It was very spacious and held our big group very comfortably. Beds are all really comfortable, couch is big and great for groups. Bathrooms do look different than pictured in the photos, but they’re so cute! Feels kinda vintage cozy. The backyard area/deck is wonderful as well. Location is great, easy access to both Carmel by the sea and Monterey.

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We were especially delighted to find chopsticks, which totally made our day since we were planning to have ramen and thought we’d have to use forks! The view from the condo is stunning, like something out of a movie, and it was such a treat to have easy access to the beach. Watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions for everything, from check-in and check-out to using the washer. The check-in process with the gate attendant was smooth and made us feel extra secure. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed at several Airbnbs along Route 1, and this one was undoubtedly the best. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at David's condo. It had a lovely view of the ocean, and was very clean and well appointed. There was plenty of information about amenities, and things to do. David is a great communicator & host. This is a ground level condo in the main building, so we heard workers using gas powered trimmers and power washing the building beginning at 9:00am in the morning. Luckily, David provides earplugs in the condo, which came in handy.

We stayed here with our 3-year-old son and all had a wonderful time! The unit we were in was exceptionally clean, quiet, and even had a small view of the ocean! The playground, pool, and beach were all right outside our door and were the highlight of our stay. Trader Joe’s and Target were less than 10 minutes away which was great too. It was a perfect spot to stay as we ventured through Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Although, the condo was so relaxing we easily could have just stayed put the entire time! Would definitely love to come back! Thanks for being such a great host and for the excellent communication and quick responses!

Amy's place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to Monterey/Big Sur, grocery stores and the beach. It was perfect for three of us (parents + adult child) and gave us a great home-base for exploring the area for the week. There was a bit of noise at night and early in the morning from adjacent neighbors and things going on outside (vehicles, trash collection, etc.) but it wasn't disruptive to our stay. As an added bonus, there was a delicious little cafe and coffee shop in the shopping center just across the street (Cafe Mia Brew Bar & Bistro) - would recommend breakfast or lunch there for sure!
