The Mar y Sol Condo is a family friendly condominium consisting of only 8 units, very private and half a block from a beach public access point. The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. It has been newly furnished to have a modern feel, includes internet and cable, must see to appreciate! WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST...SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine’s for Breakfast & Lunch, Whataburger for a quick bite.
