The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Enjoy your vacation in this quiet and centrally located vacation home with a unique terrace. In just three minutes on foot you are at Lake Ammersee or in the center of Diessen with a variety of restaurants. The four bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200) and the large living/dining area invite you to linger. In the evening, a barbecue on the terrace, board games in the conservatory or relax with Netflix. Particularly beautiful is the small terrace with access to a piece of garden – ideal for breakfast in the countryside or for a quiet evening in the fresh air. If you are looking for relaxation in a rural environment, this is the place to be. Hiking and cycling trails start virtually on the doorstep, and Lake Ammersee is also just a short drive away

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
