Included; queen bed, tapestry love seat, 'faux fireplace' heater, A/C, DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee/teas, quality bed linens, towels, essentials (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper etc) with a small closet for belongings.
