Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Paignton

We had a perfect few days in lovely Newton Ferrers. We found Close Quarters to be a great location given its access to the estuary and local facilities. Roz’s description was very accurate with the deck being the obvious highlight for us with the beautiful weather we had. We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi as mentioned in the previous review but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment. We would love to return.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment just outside Torquay town centre. The building is brand new with stunning decor throughout—stylish, modern, and exceptionally clean. It really felt like a home away from home. Sophia, the host, was unbelievably friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed. Nothing was too much trouble, and her communication was excellent throughout. There’s a small local beach cove about an 8-minute walk away. Just be aware that the walk includes a steep hill and stairs, so it might be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues. It also had a bit of an eerie, abandoned feel in the evenings—but this didn’t take away from the overall experience. The apartment itself and Sophia’s incredible hospitality more than made up for it. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Great place to stay. Quiet area but walkable distance to town and beach and well situated for exploring the surrounding area. Apartment modern, well equipped and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great smart TV - Disney plus a bonus! Information provided about local area was really useful. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hope Cove and loved The Lanterns. The view was stunning and it was wonderful being able to hear the sounds of the waves from our living room! It was a great location for us as we were able to walk to local beaches & restaurants with our dog, who felt very at home too! Salcombe is only a short drive away. Apartment was well equipped, spotless and as advertised with fabulous communication from Finest Stays before and during our stay. We visited The Hope and Anchor and The Cove, which are dog friendly, easily walkable (with a torch provided by the host!) and highly recommended for good food and great service. We were very happy to have a car charger on site, although the charging costs are very high - so bear that in mind if you need to charge frequently! We loved our short break and would definitely return.

Nice compact apartment, but with plenty of space for the two of us and our large retired guide dog. Very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Loved the breakfast supplies, containers of breakfast cereal, bread, spreadable and milk. But worth mentioning that there are quite a few steep steps down to the property.

Absolutely lovely home , very responsive to messages, had an issue with the electrical gate it’s no one’s fault but they acted and responded so quickly. The only issue I had was with the pool not being open even though it’s listed in the title “ villa with pool “ and I searched air BnB using the great pool section . I was gutted because it did state in the more about section that the pool wasn’t open until may , I trusted that using the search with great pool would be enough but unfortunately It wasn’t, I did feel this was wrong listing a property with a pool and in the title but hiding the fact it wasn’t open in the click more section, this definitely needs changing.

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much this time around. It's a lovely home, in a beautiful setting and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a beautiful part of Devon with so much to see and do around it. We are also so grateful for the little things (like books and puzzles) that make my daughter so excited to stay.

We had an amazing time over the bank holiday weekend! The barn was self check-in, but Fran went above and beyond to ensure everything was clearly communicated and stress-free. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and Fran kindly allowed us to check in early, such a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference to our journey. The barn itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor space to explore. It was the perfect countryside escape. We were travelling with a 2-year-old, so the thoughtful touches like books, toys, and a stair gate were hugely appreciated. The only minor challenge was a few small, unexpected steps throughout the barn- absolutely fine for older kids and adults, but a bit tricky for our toddler to navigate. That being said, we couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway.

A stunning place to stay, parking right next to the propery, the whole house was immaculately cleaned and no clutter. We sat outside on table and chairs on the decking and had a glass of wine that was left in the fridge for us by the hosts. There was milk and water in the fridge as well as the wine, plenty of cleaning product's, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. There were even chocolates left for us on towels folded on the beds. I was in contact a few times with Fiona and she responded straight away, she was also very flexible with booking in and parking. I would definitely use this property again if we go back to Exeter, fantastic location not far from the shop, bars etc. Thank you Fiona and Leigh for making our trip as comfortable as you did.

This was a great location for our stay near Sidmouth where we had friends visiting over the weekend. Sidbury is a charming English village just outside Sidmouth, with a lot of traditional thatched cottages. The property has a lovely little garden where we sat and enjoyed the scenery and listened to the stream running past. It was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway to rest and recuperate.

We had a fab stay with our Whippet. Home was as described and communication was great. Had the pleasure of meeting Phil during our stay and enjoyed talking to him about the conversion. BBQ was a bonus, very secure garden (in our opinion) and we felt right at home once we got there. Would absolutely stay again - thanks!

We had such a wonderful time at this lovely Airbnb. The property was cosy, clean, and beautifully presented—perfect for a relaxing countryside escape. It’s tucked away in a quiet village setting, but still close to Exeter and the stunning South Devon coastline. The hosts were warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the peaceful mornings, local walks, and the village charm Kenton has to offer.

We had a lovely stay at Elaine and Steve's holiday home! They were friendly hosts and always responsive if we needed anything at all, they had some great local recommendations too. The house was the perfect location for a relaxing few days by the sea and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Devon and will likely stay again in the future! We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

Right from initial enquiry David was always very prompt replying to messages. Arriving earlier than expected was not a problem. Everything we needed was provided in the property, all in good working order. Decor to high standard and very comfortable. In fact far more than expected was provided: instant coffee, ground coffee, breakfast tea and various other teas. We don’t drink alchol but a wide range of spirits were available & mixers. Quiet location just a few moments from the beach. This is our first time at an Airbnb - I imagine it will be hard to find another to match these high standards.

Fantastic location with even better pub. Walking is spectacular with so many coves to choose from which most r dog friendly. Property was lovely and everything there u needed. Bonnie was on hand with any problems. Would highly recommend. Daz,Rach and Lottie

Loved the look of the place when I first saw it listed. actually "Fabulousser" ( New word) than the pictures . Everything highend no skimping on quality. A magnificent bolt hole. A bit daunted by the steps but probably did me the world of good. A 76 year old teenager with arthritic joints and an issue with my ticker. The thought of a few beers in the fabulous Blue Anchor a great incentive, I wish it was nearer I'd be there more often both the apartment and Brixham. Well done Chris and Kelly

Great place right at the heart of Paignton, walking distance from everything you may need. Spotless newly refurbished apartment, that despite relatively small footprint is very functional and has everything you may need. Views are hard to beat. Tina was wonderfully responsive and accommodating. Already booked for next year!

This was a lovely apartment. Super clean and comfortable and in an ideal position . The view of the sea from the balcony was really beautiful,even better than it looked in the photos. Communication was excellent. Milk and cream tea super appreciated on our arrival . Very handy for the train station too :)

Great stay, location was great for ease to and from buses and trains, 2 min walk to beach, pool was a nice extra to have and we'll stocked kitchen and bathroom.
