Monthly Rentals in Pak Kret District

Nee was a fantastic host for us during our short trip to Bangkok. We arrived early in the morning after a long overnight bus from southern Thailand so we were very happy with her flexibility towards early check ins that day! The location was great for us, as we picked it to be closer to our flight the following morning from the DMK airport, it was also a short Grab ride away from other points of interest in town, and fairly walkable to the nearest metro line! The place itself is quite tidy and had all the necessities we were looking for. We liked that all the rooms were separated by doors as well, since my partner and I have different daytime schedules, he could do his remote work in the living room at any time without being distracted if I was cooking in the kitchen or resting up in the bedroom. After a long trip the washing machine and AC were must have features and the bed was one of the comfiest we had on our trip!! 10/10 recommend Nee’s place for anyone coming to Bangkok!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was very well kept, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is super convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the Pink Line Chaeng Wattana-Pak Kret 28 station, which made getting around the city really easy. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door for any quick snacks or essentials, and Central Chaengwattana shopping mall is only about an 8-minute walk away. The mall has plenty of food options, so I never had to worry about where to eat. Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location. Highly recommended!

Manor Sanambinnam is right on the river and that was my favorite part of staying here. There is a temple with a large statue directly across the river that gives the place a more rural vibe. The two saltwater pools are both large. The gym is a little small for the size of the complex but it never seemed crowded. Even with four towers worth of people, the green area next to the river was rarely busy and often I had the place to myself. It was pretty excellent! The room is simple, cozy and modern. Small kitchen but the other rooms make up for it. Bedroom and bathroom are more roomy and comfortable. View from the balcony is excellent, although partially obscured by the railing. Location is far from the city center and tourist attractions so factor in some travel time. There are some limited food options on the main street and a 7-11 right outside the entrance and Grab delivery knows the place well. Worth it to be staying on the river with the wind, cooler temps, birds and great views.

This room is perfect for longer stays in a quite and convenient area (with a 7-11 on ground floor). I coudnt have imagine a better host then Benny. No matter what, he was helping and doing everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Never let me down and providing me with helpful information about the area and bangkok. Didnt regret a single day and willing to come back.
