Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Palaio Faliro

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

We had a fantastic stay! Kleio was incredibly kind and helpful—she went above and beyond by arranging transportation and offering excellent customer service throughout our visit. The apartment was quiet, clean, and spacious, perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. It’s in a great location: just a two-minute walk to a convenience store, and about 15 minutes to the Acropolis, Parthenon, and plenty of restaurants. We had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

We were only at Clara’s property for one night on our way to the islands but it was perfect for what we needed. There was a bus from the airport that stopped right nearby and a short drive to the port the next day. Clara was very responsive through the process for any questions we had prior to our arrival.

Wonderful accommodation, wonderful space. Modern with incredible quiet and a wonderful courtyard that makes you think you are not in Korydallos. Everything is wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is like the pics and description, and felt bigger than we expected - very spacious for just two. The pool is fabulous, and with the retracting roof you can always have a bit of shade. Very easy to get into central Athens on the local tube. The perfect location to sightsee in the main city, but also be able to relax by the pool at the hottest points of the day. Also only a 10-15 min Uber to the beach. Would thoroughly recommend this rental if you’re visiting the area!

My stay in this apartment was really great! The area is calm, somewhat remote from the main attractions in Athens, but easily reachable by bus. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful place to stay, very thoughtful host who has a wide variety of things in stock. This was especially helpful as we had kids and also was very flexible with the checkout as our flight was delayed as well. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Spacious apartment with a nice balcony. Very comfortable for a family of 3. It has fully equipped kitchen. Very close to the high street of Palaio Faliro with shops and restaurants cafes. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Chryssa and Mariza’s BnB apartment is a wonderful base for enjoying the beautiful beach of Paleo Faliro. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the seafront and equally close to public transportation, making it easy to reach the city center. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. Just like in the photos, the apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The full kitchen is perfect for preparing simple home-cooked meals. Chryssa and Mariza are exceptional hosts—friendly, responsive, and always available to assist with anything you need.

Perfect place and perfect hosts 10/10! Comfortable couch, bed, chairs, with plenty of pillows blankets and space to lounge around, work, cook, etc. This looks and feels like a real home, Stella and Nikos are 100% responsive and cater to your every need. She went out of her way to get me a cutting board and get the apartment cleaned for me. Hospitality is her gift.🎁

The place was really nice and the location was superb! Acces to the centre was easy, cause tram stop is located nearby.

The house is very clean, everything is thought of. It was important for my two children to be satisfied. Communication with the host is very comfortable and easy. She also speaks Turkish. The neighborhood where the house is located is very peaceful and tidy. It is very enjoyable to walk among the orange trees on the streets that smell of honeysuckle. Access to transportation is easy. You can be by the sea after 3 stops by tram. There are cafes, parks by the sea, having a pleasant time. The bus that goes directly to the airport also runs through here. Taxi drivers were on strike on our flight day, we didn't know, but we reached the airport in 1 hour by bus from Edem station. We definitely recommend!
