El Petit Balcó de Palamós és un pis totalment reformat i amoblat situat a primera linia de mar, al costat del centre de Palamós, amb unes boniques vistes de la platja i del casc antic de Palamós. Totes les habitacions son exteriors i es molt il.luminat. Oferim un parquing per un vehicle de tamany mitjà que està situat a uns 550 metres de l'edifici de forma gratuïa i opcional. L'allotjament, com es pot veure a les fotografies, es compon de la cuina moderna i totalment equipada (inducció, cafetera nespresso, rentaplats i renta roba, i tots els utensilis necessaris per cuinar); el saló amb el sofà-llit, la taula per 4 comensals i la televisió; un bany complet; una habitació-canviador amb un gran armari, i l'habitació amb el llit de matrimoni amb un armari adicional. Els hostes poden accedir a la totalitat del pis, al balcó i, si es vol, al pàrquing. És un edifici de 18 plantes, el pis està en la 5ª, on s'hi pot accedir des del carrer a través d'un ascensor fins al hall i després amb un altre s'accedeix al pis.

Tanmateix, abans de fer la reserva, us demanem que assumiu el compromís de cuidar-lo. Com veieu, està ubicat a segona línia de mar, ofereix vistes espectaculars i està envoltat de paisatges naturals. És una opció perfecta per a famílies en cerca de tranquilitat. Hem ampliat la cuina de l'apartament amb mobles de la mateixa línia que la illa, incorporant-hi també un rentaplats per a més comoditat. Encara no està actualitzat a les fotos de l'anunci, però esperem tenir-les disponibles a la primavera.
