Ideal location for those who want to experience a vacation in close contact with nature, away from the hustle and bustle but without sacrificing comfort and privacy. The bathrooms are for the exclusive use of the tents and are about 30 meters away. Breakfast is served outdoors in the common area of the house.

From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

STREET PARKING,FREE,NOT PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX of €3 PER PERSON PER DAY. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with the separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard , there is the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I renovated without distorting its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, smart TV in the living room , the Wifi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

Gli interni sono progettati dall'Host-Architetto, che ci ha messo amore per definire ogni singolo arredo. Il contesto è di prestigio, all'interno di un residence appena riqualificato con piscina. Il centro e la spiaggia sono a due passi: se vieni qui ti dimenticherai la macchina per qualche giorno!

Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner while watching the lighthouse of Porto Faro and the boats sailing towards La Maddalena. Get out of the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation is required for at least 2 consecutive weeks. Extra sheets and towels provided, only on request (30 euros/person/week). N.B. Extra IS due TO the rental TAX.

Small country house in northern Sardinia

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
