Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner while watching the Porto Faro lighthouse and the boats sailing towards La Maddalena. You leave the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JULY and AUGUST, a reservation of at least 2 consecutive weeks is required. Extra sheets and towels are provided, only upon request (30 euros/person/week). N.B. The ACCOMMODATION TAX is due.

Una fusione di legni nautici, tonalità mielate e pietra lattiginosa, sullo sfondo abbagliante della natura. Per la magica vista dal gigantesco divano o per la splendida piscina condominiale, tornerai anno dopo anno. E ci sono due camere, ciascuna con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo e due bagni signorili.

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

Its location allows you to reach in a few minutes and without a car, the main useful services such as: bus stop, bank, post office, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, bars, tobacco, playground, port and evening and weekly market on Friday morning.

The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, Wi-Fi as well as a TV. The holiday apartment also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening.
