Close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, evening markets, square festivities, and ferry departures to the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago. The bedroom has a skylight; the property does not have an outdoor area, but you are welcome to hang out in the narrow street. The residents of the street enjoy sitting outside their front doors to chat on summer evenings; we find all of this very charming! We look forward to welcoming you! 🤗

Located on the second floor of the complex with an incredible view of the entire archipelago and with the real gem, a beautiful roof terrace, with a large dining-relaxation area and a sensational heated jacuzzi overlooking the sea. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed; one of the two bedrooms also has a loft where you will find two more beds. The apartment has 2 bathrooms

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.
