Calm and beauty assured with the pleasure of the sea view (5 km) and the countryside. The village (grocery stores) is a 7-minute walk. Supermarket 5 minutes away by car.

It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). To go to the beaches there is 15 minutes walking. It is located in a very quiet and calm village area. No problem parking. You will be able to park very close to the house. There is no Wi-Fi.

Very well lit, it faces south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and dead-end, only the neighbors use it.
