In front of the house there's a parking area (for 2 cars or 1 van).

The area is central but located in quiet street, just 15 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge, and 5 minutes walk from the train station Venice Santa Lucia and the boat stops.

Toiletries included: 3 towels per person (small, medium and big), toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and dish soap. City Tax is charged at the check-in.

The structure is a renovation of a 1600's building and is located on a hill within the territories of Andrea Palladio's villas. The result is a close contact with the suggestive panoramic view from the Po Valley to the Apennines. From here you can easily admire in all its beauty the flight of the kestrel in the valley in front, which inspired the name of the accommodation.
