- Welcome. Our residence is a family space, a typical beach house with 100 m², with large and varied spaces. It is located 200 meters from the sea. It has a social bathroom and a suite. The living room is spacious with a retractable sofa, TV with dozens of cable channels and games for the family. The kitchen is very complete for you to prepare everything you want. The outdoor area has an open space with a table, sink and barbecue. The garage is wide, the yard closed, in addition to an alarm and external camera.

Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

Perto do centrinho e de tudo que tem de bom por aqui: praias, trilhas, costão, mar, rio, barquinhos, surf, baleias (temporada de Julho a Novembro). E o comércio com lojas, bares, cafés, restaurantes, mercado… É só chegar e aproveitar tudo a pé! A casa é dividida em três, mas somente duas são utilizadas para locação. O portão de acesso é o mesmo para todos, o jardim é área comum e cada casa tem sua varanda reservada.

The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.

It is 3 minutes walk to the beach ,we are behind the sea . , in one of the best locations ,the streets are sidewalks ,market nearby. A very quiet neighborhood. The center of the pine tree by the beach takes about 10 minutes.We have no covered garage the car is on the patio .
