Beautiful and cozy house with large indoor and outdoor spaces and a beautiful view of the sea, reachable on foot. Simone and her family were kind and courteous, from the moment of the reception until the departure. Recommended.

I highly recommend this Villa - it surpassed our expectations. The best aspect is Maurizio’s services and excellent communication. He helped organise transfers (even at very short notice), arranged pizza chefs at the villa, and reliably responded to all our requests promptly. Hospitality and care like a 5* hotel. I planned a trip for 4 days for a group of 14 girls in mid-May. As soon as we landed in Catania, we felt we were being personally looked after. Maurizio helped me pre-arrange minibus transfers and kept in regular contact to ensure all was well. Exploring the grounds of the villa was a highlight. We enjoyed fresh oranges from the trees and squeezed large lemons into our drinks. There’s an excellent outdoor gazebo area with concrete ground and tent-like roof surrounded by beautiful trees. The terraces provide beautiful views of the sea, sunset and islands. The kitchen is small but was sufficient to cook for 14 people, with large pots/pans. Bedrooms huge and spacious

Franco is a very present and kind host. The location of the property is a stone's throw from the sea, with a very spacious garden outside and a ten-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

Apartment on the mezzanine floor in an area full of plants, flowers, swimming pool and relaxation area. Very well maintained and equipped with everything for cooking. Terrace for dining outside. The owner Ms. Ivana is very helpful and friendly. The house allows you to walk to the most beautiful beaches in Tropea. Recommended.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

The apartment is perfect, with an outdoor pool. Great for family vacations and not.

A wonderful place...we highly recommend it!

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Communication with the host was quick and straightforward.

Carmela was helpful and very attentive, a property with a lovely garden. Our studio apartment had a terrace from which you could see the sea. The location of her apartment is truly strategic, allowing you to move around easily and reach both the beautiful city of Tropea and the various beaches around.

Beautiful and quiet place in the center of a charming town. Amazing beach nearby. We'll be back.

Rocco's apartment is in a fantastic location in Scilla, with sea views and easy access to the whole town on foot. Do be prepared to do plenty of walking, including up and down the steps to the lungomare and Chianalea (but it is worth it!) The facilities in the apartment are fairly basic - the kitchen is small with just a 3 burner gas hob, no oven or microwave. However, we stayed there for 2 weeks and cooked the majority of our meals, which we were able to enjoy in the private 'garden room'. There were only 2 of us, so it was fine, but it would be difficult to cook for a larger party. Rocco is a very responsive and proactive host, and was able to help with transport to and from the station (thank you Carlo) and any queries. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and would use this apartment again if we return to Scilla.

Giuseppe is a wonderful host catering to every little detail for the traveller. Living close by, he is very accessible for any help or requests you may have. A little walk from the historic centre but worth the walk to digest the food and drink.

Francesco’s apartment in the old town of Pizzo was in a great position for access to everything you’d want in Pizzo. We were met by Viola who was really lovely and friendly. The location was great, only a minute’s walk and you’re in the heart of the town, with great restaurants, views over the sea, and a lovely and quiet little public beach. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and was nicely decorated, and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room and it was also great to have the two bathrooms. The kitchen was also great and we were able to make a couple of meals when staying there and had these out on the lovely terrace. We had a great stay at Francesco’s apartment and would highly recommend staying there, and would book again.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Francesco's place, responsive, understanding, and super kind hosts. Impeccable self check-in despite our delay.. A pretty villa in a secure and quiet residence with a beautiful setting large enough to accommodate 7 adults.. the super equipped kitchen, the top bed and bath sheets, the outside and the shower outside made our stay pleasant. The beach was only a few meters walk away and in May, we were practically alone on it (really nice) a big thank you to our hosts also for their recommendations and for this stay!!! Arrivederci 🌶️🇮🇹

Massimos place was absolutely perfect. He was the best host - even waited up until 11pm for our unexpected late arrival. Knew we were starving called a restaurant ahead of time to stay open for us and drove us there! Steps from the beach and they provide you with everything you need. It was especially great for us as we have a 2 year old. The grounds were perfect for her to run around and she loved breakfast every morning. We are already planning our next trip back 😊

We had a fantastic week at Villa Margherita. We were 10 people from 2 years to 68 years and had a great time together in the beautiful house, the outdoor area and by the pool. We had all meals outside at the beautiful patio with the possibility of barbecuing. We also used the charcoal grill in the garden and made wonderful meat and fish dishes. The swimming pool and the surrounding area were fantastic and we used it every day. The garden and the view are fantastic and gave a special peace. Natale, who lived in the apartment above the villa, was very nice and he cleaned the pool and helped us if we had any questions. Margherita was also very helpful with questions before the trip and she recommended a very nice cook (Giovanni) who had cooking classes for us. Fantastic experience! The villa is beautifully located, a little withdrawn from Santa Teresa Di Riva. It is an advantage to have a car as it is a bit of a walk down to the city. I recommend visiting Savoca and Taormina. I highly recommend Villa Margherita and a big thank you to Natale

My friend and I arrived by train, and Vittoria picked us up in the car and took us straight to the house. The house matched Vittoria's descriptions and we had a great time. Vittoria is very kind and helpful, she welcomed us in a friendly way and was always available for anything. He also gave us various tips on where and what to visit and even advised us to rent a scooter for getting around, as the area is quite hilly and not flat. We were close to the sea and the beaches were just a short scooter ride away. Impeccable view from the house, you are surrounded by nature. There is also a swimming pool and a bar. It was really fantastic, Vittoria really welcomed us as if we were at home. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in Ricadi.

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

Angela is a very dedicated host. She put together a dossier like the Yellow Pages with tips, was always available, everything organized. The house is in a quiet area, you should have a car. The shops are also within walking distance. The house itself has everything you need. Beautiful rooms, pool is also nice but I myself heated too cold, but I am also frozen, my daughter did not do that at all. We felt very comfortable.

All good, I recommend Caterina’s to everyone who wants to stay close to Tropea!

It was a wonderful stay, beautiful view and pool and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

Our stay at Villa Gramati was perfect. The location was private but still in reach of local amenities and restaurants. The villa was spacious and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Martina was very helpful and responsive. I couldn’t fault our stay here, I 100% recommend. Thank you very much for having us!
