I highly recommend this Airbnb! After moving from a dreadful hotel, I felt so so lucky to have landed on my feet! Nestled quietly up in the treetops, massive windows and a balcony really make the most of the views and birds and trees, and it’s so incredibly private - too far up to be seen, only flat on fourth floor. Lovely security guards. Very clean. Hot water works perfectly, as did everything else. So grateful for my stay, would defo stay again. Cafe Kashish and Karma Cafe are highly recommended food and chill spots, with incredible staff, and so close. Equidistant between patnem and Palolem beaches, lots of nice exploring in the area.

Though we chose the single bedroom apartment for only a 1 night stay, the location and comfortable stay at the apt made out visit to Benaulim memorable. The ambience was top-notch. Very clean and neatly maintained with all necessary equipments/kitchenware. Walkable distance to beach and lot of great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended for a small family or a couple.

Kaulina has been a great host everytime. I have booked his place twice and it has always been a very peaceful and homely stay. He was also very kind to extend my check out time when I fell sick this time. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a pristine experience in South Goa.

Everything about this place was just perfect – from the immaculate cleanliness of the villa to the incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality we received. The host was truly exceptional – super friendly, always responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. From giving us great local recommendations to ensuring everything at the villa was spot on, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Even the caretaker was polite and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Great place. Would revisit and highly recommend for a special experience. Craig was responsive and helpful. If you plan to stay there with your own car, make sure you have a good driver though.

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

Amazing Amazing amazing property. 15 min walking to colva beach- we had a fun walk. The care taker bhaiya was so welcoming. We had a late check in (like 1 am ) but no complaints or snarky comments. Just pleasant vibes. And the games. Everything u see in the picture is true also better!

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. At first I was a little suspicious of booking but then I went for it! This place not just surprised me but it was a beautiful stay! The balcony opens up to a complwte nature immerse feeling with that forest noise (don’t worry it’s well guarded with net and you are very safe) you can also have a cup of coffee relax in the swing and chilll! Anuradha is weirdly (ina. Good way) super active like anytime not sure how she does it! It was a very good stay and recommend it

This stay was perfect for a lone wolf like me who wanted some solitude. Really good amenities - great WiFi for working for a week straight, smart TV which allowed me to watch my favourite shows, and a cozy air-conditioned bedroom. The stay matches the pictures and the view is really good from the balcony. The caretaker and housekeeper services were perfect too. The host is very helpful and responsive ! The locality is very peaceful and quiet, with some beautiful places nearby.
