A lovely house overlooking the sea, an amazing view! Simone and Martin had everything ready for our arrival: beds ready, cold drinks, bread butter and jam for breakfast the next day… they are adorable! The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped and the pool is great. In short, everything was perfect! The only "downside" is not because of our hosts: the pretty little beach nearby is not always respected as much as it should be by some residents.

Our vacation at Máxime's house was great, our dogs felt at home, the house is very comfortable and better in reality than in photos, the bed is very large and the mattress very comfortable. The place is very close to the most beautiful beaches of Cabo de Gata, Playa de los Muertos, Cala de Enmedio, etc. To repeat without any doubt. THANK YOU MAXIME.

100% recommend the place It has all the houses very well cared for, clean and with everything you need We went for the old night a group of friends and we were very comfortable Although the owner lives in the same estate but in another house apart we had no problem making noises even at night The two dogs and the cat on the estate are very friendly and behave very well

Paul was the perfect host helping us to have a wonderful week in his beautiful villa. We arrived very late at night and the tea, coffee and milk were very welcomed. The villa is amazing and the photos, even though they are beautiful, do not do the villa justice. We appreciated the new hot tub and it was perfect to sit in it late at night star gazing. Thank you Paul for a truly perfect, peaceful holiday.

Rafaels place was perfect for our family holiday. There were eight of us and we used all of the five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is plenty of space. It was good to have a big kitchen and a stocked pantry. The beds were big and comfortable and everyone loved the pillows. The pictures on the site perhaps could be improved. It’s better than it looks. Rafael was friendly, helpful and responsive.

We absolutely loved the house, it was like home from home. Light and spacious, with plenty of room and places to relax. The complex is lovely and the pool area is under a minutes walk away, and really beautiful. The surroundings are gorgeous and there's a lovely bar and Tapas restaurant about a 5 minute walk away. The main town of Vera is a short 5 minute drive and it's absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of restaurants and the beach has amusements for the kids. Such a special place! And such an easy commute from either Murcia or Almeria airport, we can't wait to return! And the host Brid is so lovely. Really down to earth and very responsive, with plenty of suggestions and tips of how to make the most of your time there. 10 out of 10 all round.

Thanks for Great 8 day stay. superb location and close to everything. Had the advantage of knowing the area very well. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans you could wish for. Will certainly make arrangments to return

It has been a fantastic weekend break. This villa is located in a privileged beachfront area and it is surrounded by an idyllic summer atmosphere. Nadia was interested in us having an enjoyable experience and made things very easy. From the beggining the communication was clear and concise. The house was in fastastic condition and decorated with good taste. The garden and swimmingpool were well taken care of. The matress was great and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. Sheets and towels were very soft and comfortable to touch. We will definitely be back! P.S. I would highly recommend a walk along the beach. Located just a few steps away from the house, it measures more than 5 km! Likely one of the most memorable, and looking back, one of the best times!

Everything was great! We were 2 couples with a dog and a baby, and Belen was very kind, she provided us with a crib. Enough towels for the shower and also for the pool, great cleaning. He was kind enough to leave us a drink too. Everything was as advertised, we had an amazing weekend! Thank you Belen for your attention, we will definitely repeat!

In Pedro's house everything is impeccable , you can tell that everything is new ,it is clean ,modern and with a lot of light .. You feel right at home. I also value that it's close to restaurants,cafes, and supermarket. The host was always very present for whatever I needed. To repeat for sure !

The house is beautiful and spectacular much better than what can be appreciated in the photos, it is in a super quiet area with beautiful views and everything you need to spend an incredible few days and feel at home . Less than 5 minutes drive from all services, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy…. The owner at all times is very attentive to everything! I would definitely do it again!

Great location, excellent restaurant right next door, an exceptionally beautiful place

We stayed with Angela and Valentin for half a year. Her Cortijo is located on the outskirts of Antas and is nestled in a beautiful green oasis. Everything is very well maintained and arranged with a lot of love for detail. The central point in the wonderfully blooming garden is the large swimming pool. There are sunbeds and parasols all around as well as numerous seating options. We lived in a separate part of the finca. The bright apartment consists of an air-conditioned open plan living/dining area, a bathroom with window, a bedroom, also air-conditioned, and a magnificent terrace. Everything is perfectly equipped and very tastefully decorated and typical of the country. Angela and Valentin are very pleasant and helpful hosts and always careful that guests don't miss anything. Their spacious property was our home for 6 months. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We felt very comfortable with you. Kind regards Raoul & Francisco

Because we were going on a month-long stay, I was looking for a house with more bedrooms (for possible visits) and a private pool. This house completely met our expectations. You could say he surpassed it. David patiently communicated with us during the trip. Upon arrival, he was generous with local recommendations, and patiently and promptly answered our questions. He very quickly fixed the broken dishwasher. They brought a new one and installed it in a few days. The house has all the necessary equipment you need for a shorter or longer stay, including a grill. The house is in a quiet part, relaxed neighbors, and not far from the center of events (about 1.5 km walk). There are plenty of different restaurants in the area, and the local Sunday markets are excellent. We often went on bike rides (from 20 to 105km). Also, the trips were worth it (Vera aquapark, Cartagena, Mojacar, Pulpí). In short, I can only recommend this location, this house and especially this host. And if it works out for us, we want to come again next year. It was amazing.

Emilio's house is super pretty, seems like the ideal place to relax. Great for 10 people. The host's attention was very good, always attentive to everything. Highly recommended, without a doubt!

the house is very valuable, it has everything and the location is great to enjoy the beach (I recommend wearing rugged, because there are stones when entering) and the pool (always empty) the development is quiet, super cool area. We didn't have any heat in July. around there are beach bars that are very good! The truth is that it is a house to repeat :)

Andrew was a very responsive and helpful host. The villa is actually much better than the pictures depict. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The outside space is superb, with great evening lighting, a range of seating that is very comfortable and provides plenty of sun and shade. Very nice clean pool and outdoor kitchen (although we did not use it). Very bright and spacious bedrooms, with great wardrobe space and plenty of hangars!!! The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. It was also helpful to have many kitchen basics there, oil, salt, spices, dishwasher tabs etc., Highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

We were a party of five and we all agreed that the Villa was spotless and well equipped with all the necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils.The pool was very deep at one end it was probably built before present safety regulations in force now, A key box at the property would help a lot we had no transport otherwise we had a great time Restaurant's all very good. It was a pleasure to stay that lovely quiet place!Bright, cosy home and a wonderful hosts, Henk and his wife were very friendly and we felt so welcome right from the beginning. It was an amazing stay, we loved the place! The house has everything you need! The beds were so comfortable!I would definitely recommend this lovely little house , perfect for a chilled relaxing few days away with family or friends . There is a cute and friendly dog that walks around the property.We will definitely be back!
