Small but perfectly fine, ideal for young or young at heart

We booked two days before the trip. Flexible check-in, checkout, which is a huge plus for people with small children! There were games for the little one, and she enjoyed it so much, we didn't even have our own. The beach is very close, just like the promenade. A place to stay for both shorter and longer stays.

The flexible 'check-in' as well as the flexible 'check-out' were very good for us, which we had a long journey. The personal account cat at check-in and the explanation of the house, the house and pool technology were great and greatly contributed to a great and relaxed holiday start. You could just feel comfortable in this property. The view over Lake Balaton and the great sunsets - you can go on vacation. The tips in the Carolin and Geoff area were very helpful. The infrastructure in Balatonfützfö is also overly good. Conclusion: A repeated vacation with the use of this great accommodation is not excluded from our point of view.

Amazing place with an amazing owner :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation near Lake Balaton. The property is absolutely spotless, with a luxurious feel throughout. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The outdoor space is truly stunning – a beautifully maintained garden and courtyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Another highlight was the charming wine cellar in the basement – a hidden gem that adds a lot of character to the place. Although no meals were provided, the fully equipped kitchen and nearby restaurants made it easy to enjoy our time. The pool was also fantastic – clean, peaceful, and ideal for warm, sunny days. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and peaceful getaway in the Balaton area!

I really liked the stay, it was comfortable, clean. I especially liked the little garden area where you could play football and badminton. Would love to come back anytime!

Recommended place. Beach 15 mins walk but by scooter it takes around 5 mins. Nice and comfy place.

Great accommodation , kind cleaner, close to everything. Ideal with dog and small children to warn them out with loads of walking.

The location of the accommodation is outstanding, the entrance to the beach, the promenade, the restaurant is a hundred meters. There is a closed parking lot. We didn't stay in the apartment much, we basically just slept. One night the AC was broken, during the hottest part of the summer. Owner had it repaired within 12 hours of notification (Sunday!). Some small things may be missing, like a better shade/shutter, but overall it's a very nice apartment, and the landlord is really outstanding.

Sylvia is a lovely host. Her apartment was bright, airy and clean but kept cool in the heat. Perfect position all amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Warm welcome, tastefully decorated, nice, spacious apartment far from downtown, so it's a very quiet neighborhood right on the shore of Lake Balaton. It had everything that was in the description. It's great to have an elevator in the building, it was helpful because of the stroller. There are some good restaurants in the area. We had a good time, thank you for everything.

A perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Greg was an exceptional host who explained everything about the region and gave us lots of information about local restaurants and vineyards. The apartment was perfect for our group of four. The pool area was great which is super relaxed and peaceful. There is also facilities to cook a BBQ with a seating area, fire pit (although we didn’t have time to use it) and darts! Greg’s apartment is perfect to use a base with a car to explore this side of Lake Balaton!

Everything was as described. Spacious apartment with full amenities. Everything is working. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Very efficient. Hosts discreet, helpful. They're coming out of the initiative. Very good time on Balaton spent in Alsoors

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful views and responsive and friendly hosts. The jacuzzi was amazing and the apartment has everything we needed.

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday! Great location – close to both the beach and the beautiful park. A huge advantage was the quiet neighborhood (we were out of season), which allowed us to really relax. The building has a swimming pool and a wellness area – just one floor higher, a very convenient solution. The apartment is well equipped, we lacked nothing, and the covered terrace turned out to be the perfect place for morning coffee and evening rest. I definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed staying with Eva very much. The apartment is very cozy and it has everything you need. A highlight was the fireplace in the garden. The kids were happy about the toys in the apartment. We were able to do in the area.

Great clean apartment with stunning views. We had a great time.

Arrival was a bit difficult at first, we came from the other side and the path was very difficult to pass by car (cars that are structurally lowered, would have had massive problems with passing through) but after arrival the passable path was explained (actually real path). Check in was straightforward and went pretty fast. Accommodation was relatively clean (a bit dusty) but otherwise there was nothing. The outside pool was even heated especially for us in demand for the evening. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and very nice. We would love to come back anytime. Check out was also straightforward and quick.
