Our house is located on the common border of the settlement of Paloz and Lovas, on the horse side. A quiet, natural environment is ideal for a relaxing stay at any time of year. The building is renovated inside and out, with a terrace, carport, and amazing panoramic views. The center of Paloz is 850m, 10-12 minutes walk with a shop, restaurant, cafe. From here, the long-distance buses also start in the direction of Balatonfüred, Csopak, Alsóörs and Veszprém. The beach in Csopaki is 3.5 km. 35-40 minutes on foot, 7-8 minutes by car.

Quiet, tranquility, birds chirping, Balaton panorama. Far from everything and yet close to Lake Balaton. The old cellar house is located at the foot of the Balatonszepez hills. In 2019, it was fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen, panoramic terrace, living room, dining room, bath, toilet, and rooftop bedroom for those who want to relax. On the ground floor is a single sofa bed, a double bed upstairs, and a comfortable double sofa bed await you. We also provide a crib and additional accessories upon request.

In the vicinity of the Káli Basin, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we offer a guesthouse for rent, which was completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. The guest house also has a covered parking space. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Enjoy the nature, far from the noise of the city which is reachable by walking (15 min) as well. Our small house is an outstanding one with an own garden. During your stay the house will belong only to You, don't have to share it others. The house is ideal maximum for 4 Persons either for families or couples.There is one bigger room with a double bed and armchairs and opening from it a smaller rom with two separate beds. One bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.
