Martinberika is a Basque farmstead situated in Hiriberri/Villanueva de Arakil. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (140 x 200), TV, Wi-Fi, etc. And an amazing terrace!! There is no elevator, but it is on the first floor and the stairs are comfortable! The apartment is in a building with people living there, so parties are strictly forbidden. You can use the terrace without any issues, but at night it is very quiet because it overlooks a square that is closed, and any noise can be heard clearly. So, at night, you have to be especially careful if you go out.
