Una casa hermosa, limpia y con excelente ubicación! Y los alrededores de ensueño, vistas hermosas el agua limpia. Todo perfecto. Seguro volveremos !

Es un lugar increíble para hospedarse, muy diferente a lo que uno puede conseguir en el área, muy limpio, los empleados muy amables, cuidan cada detalle, perfecto para ir a desconectarte de todo, reflexionar mucho y ver amaneceres increíbles, desde el alojamiento o el muelle que fue de mis cosas favoritas, nosotros fuimos con propósito de ayuda social, en san Pablo la laguna, un equipo grande y la mansión del príncipe fue un lugar lindo y muy cómodo para descansar; la verdad queda muy accesible, tanto a san Pablo como a San Juan, en tuctuc puedes llegar donde quieras y lo puedes tomar en la puerta principal del alojamiento.

El Alojamiento de Roberto fue tal como lo describio! La cocineta tenia los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Ten en cuenta que el lugar està rodeado de vegetaciòn lo que puede traer algunos insectos de visita (solo es de mantener la calma), disfrutamos mucho nadar en el lago, aunque debes tener en cuenta que se deben bajar escalones para llegar al muelle... En terminos generales fue un lugar muy acogedor para reconectar y descansar! :)

This house is amazing! The pictures truly don't do it justice. It is extremely close to the Xepoj dock, but honestly the public dock and restaurants at the bottom of the hill are only about a 7 minute walk away anyway. We loved staying in Santa Cruz and our only regret was not staying longer. Miriam made communication easy and we were very grateful to be able to drop our luggage at the house prior to check in as we arrived at Lake Atitlan early in the day. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Muy buen lugar, limpio y cómodo. Cuenta con parqueo privado a unos 3 minutos caminando. La subida hacia el lugar cuesta un poco y yo que fui en época de lluvia si me mojé todo. Sin embargo todo esto se ve compensado con la excelente terraza que tiene, espectaculares vistas. Por dentro está bien equipado, incluso tiene bocina bastante potente. Juan Pablo y su hija se portaron de maravilla.

Michael and local keeper Lucas were very helpful and responsive and made our visit very welcoming and smooth. Mich's wealth of knowledge about the locality and region was quite helpful or us and made our visit so much better. This place lets you experience the local and rustic nature of a Guatemalan village, with being private at the same time. We stayed there for two days and had a peaceful and incredible stay. Just watching the late-noon showers or listening to the late-evening ambient sounds of a tropical environment from the balcony are so much of a joy. We also enjoyed going through all the great books on Mayan civilization too. I think this place does the job better than any eco-resort. It is very convenient to go town-hopping around the late from the local ferry dock. The village also has a very quaint restaurant called 'Tres Tonnedores' where the food was excellent and service quite humble. I would definitely stay here if and when I visit Lake Atitlan again.

I’ve been coming to Guatemala since I was a child, as my family is from here. But in all the years that we’ve been coming, this has been the best experience we’ve had. The home was clean, beautiful, tranquil, and spacious. Our host, Maria, was so amazing and very informative. Yohanna the housekeeper was also amazing! I will be sure to book this home again for when I come back to Guatemala!

The place was absolutely perfect! We had a group of 4 of us and booked both the big house up above and the apartment below (they’re separated airbnbs). I highly recommend booking both if you have a larger group. The privacy and convenience was perfect for us. Both places had AMAZING views that are better than the photos, beautiful house, everything we needed, but Ricardo, the property manager, really made our stay the best it could be. Ricardo was super responsive and greeted us as we arrived. He helped us with our bags, walked us through the place and even coordinated our tuk tuks and food delivery. He really made our experience extra easy and special. Thank you so much Ricardo! Pascal, thank you for sharing your wonderful place and for being so responsive and proactive on our trip. We absolutely loved it and will tell our friends of our experience.

What a beautiful home with a truly wonderful staff! We absolutely love staying here. Susy is an incredible cook, and Samuel, the groundskeeper, is always so attentive and kind. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the multiple bathrooms throughout the house make it perfect for our large group of 20. Staying with Eric and his team is always a pleasure. We can’t recommend it enough!

Our group of 6 stayed here 3 nights during our first trip to Guatemala. The property exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities (hot tub, sauna, kayaks, fire pit, hammocks), natural beauty and accommodation. The highlight of the property is the beautiful landscaping and there are numerous locations to sit and enjoy the view of the lake and volcanoes. We walked on the road to San Marcos in 25 minutes or you can flag down a tuktuk. The public ferry dropped us off and picked us up directly at the home’s dock where the on-site caretaker Juan was waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage and was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. The kitchen is ready for cooking and has spices. Best to get groceries in Panajachel before boarding the ferry if you want a one stop market. We loved our stay.

Me encantó mucho su alojamiento, un lugar perfecto para descansar con toda la familia, incluyendo si van parejas que necesitan privacidad, es un lugar muy amplio y la persona que te recibe es muy amable y atenta, sin duda regresaría a quedarme con ellos, tiene de todo cerca y por el propósito de nuestro viaje fue muy accesible a lo que necesitábamos, está muy cerca a los muelles municipales, tiene que caminar un poco pero si no te parece puedes tomar un tuctuc.

Increíble lugar, las fotos del anuncio son hermosas pero en persona superó las expectativas. La casa muy amplia, con muchos ambientes para que, aunque hayan muchas personas, cada quien puede tener su espacio.Tiene todo lo necesario. El jardín hermoso así como la salida al lago. Muy cerca de Santiago que también la calle principal muy bonita. Don Eduardo muy amable nos apoyó muchísimo. Seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias por todo.

Everything was as advertised and Daniel went above and beyond with his staff in accommodating us, helping us cross the lake, and also having staff with cleaning up around the house as we were away sightseeing. You get everything you pay for and more. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful couple weeks here. The house was so comfortable and a perfect place for our family to relax. The view from the home is spectacular and the home is loaded with every amenity we could have wanted (warm pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower, grill, projector for movies, etc.). Additionally, having Elena around during the day to help with the house work was wonderful. We highly recommend this home for a nice relaxing getaway.

It’s a beautiful location, just know that it is a hike up to this particular building, the pool, the hammocks but , worth the view and the house was large enough to fit everyone in my family. We had everything we needed. I would also recommend, that if you will be doing any cooking, you buy everything you need in Panajachel or any other town you’re coming in from, you can’t find much in this small town. Don Diego was great! Everyone was very friendly.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. It feels like you are staying in a gorgeous art museum with breath taking views. There are a ton of stairs in this house but I promise the views make it worth it. Rogelio is another star of the show, he makes the stay so enjoyable and he is incredibly helpful and patient. If I ever get the opportunity to stay here again I would in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to stay

I really enjoyed the place the view of the lake! The Jakuzzi such a perfect thing to do with the view of the lake! Just a small note: that you need to equip the kitchen with pan and pots so people who wanna stay longer can do their food!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very close to the boat dock. The jacuzzi was definitely a plus! You can reserve the time you want to use it for privacy.

Great stay. Very communicative and helpful. It was nice to have a jacuzzi and pool to use free of charge as well. I also forgot something there and they made sure to retrieve for me!
