Holiday rentals with a patio in Panaji

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

We traveled from Chennai to Goa with my 2 year old son, we were very precise that we required a very clean good and hygiene place due to our baby and this stay was pretty amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures, a very warm and cozy home, a beautiful surrounding, the house was equipped with all cooking essentials which helped us prepare hassle free meals, it was a home away from home, the swimming pool was clean in the community , the caretaker was very helpful, overall I highly recommend this stay for a beautiful experience in Goa. Everything is perfect, properly working, lights are dim so if you want to shoot or record at night so it will be little difficult rest beautiful property with great view same as pictures Great for family & friends

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Oryza by Koala in Goa and honestly, it felt like we were in Bali, not India! The space is stunning, every corner is so thoughtfully done, it was hard to stop taking pictures. The service was amazing too, super warm and helpful, and they even surprised us with the cutest little gift when we were leaving (such a sweet touch!). We had the best time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back soon!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Definitely a recommended property, I stayed with my family for three days and there is nothing I can think of as an opportunity in this property. Ritu made me feel at home, we enjoyed preparing our own food, very calm and peaceful society. Perfect option for a family of 2 to 3 members. I will prefer staying here if I ever travel down to Goa again. Nearby beaches are within 20 mins. Thank you Ritu for being there everytime I required assistance.

Excellent stay and Host is very resposive and helpful in taking us through the flat. Its very close to Miramar beach. Decent area and easily accessible for many hotels and breakfast places near Panjim. Very new place and everything is neat and clean and brand new.
