Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

I enjoyed my stay. The host communicates well and there are clear instructions to get in. The apartment looks like the photos and is a nice set up for one or two people. The desk was nice for working and fast WiFi. The apartment is clean. The bed is very comfortable and the AC is nice and cold. The location is very nice. Lots of restaurants. I loved the cafe right downstairs. Ready made meals, salads, coffee, etc. Easily walkable to most of the attractions.

We had a wonderful one night stay here, it was totally different than staying in the more touristy Psiri neighborhood and we appreciated that. It has a beautiful balcony and we were able to walk to the natjonal gardens and lycabettus hill which was a plus. George recommended to eat at Vyrinis nearby and it was excellent. There is a fantastic bakery 7 min walking away called Monokeres that’s a much see. We loved that we could leave our luggage in the hallway before our flight, excellent stay!

Beautiful modern apartment in an excellent apartment building and location. central, very clean and quiet! Mate is very helpful! Yes, I would definitely recommend it!!

Absolutely blown away by Jads place. From the beginning he was great with communication for us to find and get into the apartment even letting us check in a bit early. He had a baby bed set up and waiting for us. The apartment is extremely well equipped (literally had everything you need) and is so beautiful and big!! Perfect for our little family of four needing a bit of space while travelling. The beds are quite firm (this is a personal preference - I’m not good in firm beds - but my partner is). The area is great. A beautiful park across the road with little playground for the kids. About a 25 min walk to the Plaka and acropolis. The neighbourhood is full of fantastic bars, restaurants and cafes. I wish we had more time there to explore.

We had a great experience at Suzana’s place. The apartment is stylish, spacious, and very cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Suzana was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth and convenient. We were traveling by car, and it was great to have the option of covered parking nearby or street parking. The location is fantastic: there’s a beautiful park with a large playground just a short walk away, which was ideal since we were traveling with a baby and a dog. All the main historical sights are also within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the city without needing a car. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

My stay at Panos’s place was absolutely incredible. He’s an amazing host—warm, helpful, and always available if needed. The space truly felt like a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Lucas was an exceptional host for our two week stay in Athens. I do not recall ever having a host more responsive to our needs during our stay. He is a local, so his suggestions for where to go around town are perfect. We absolutely loved the neighborhood, with a Cafe right downstairs and a small convenience shop, it all was within reach. The people in the neighborhood and Lucas, made us feel right at home, and living as the locals do was the experience we were looking for. If you are looking for an authentic Athens experience this is the place to stay. Cheers Lucas, we hope to stay with you again soon!

Extremely equal property

5 stars on all metrics for the price - place was super clean, location was amazing. One small point as pointed out by another guest: there is squeaking from the walls(?) and the AC makes noises. For most this won’t be a problem, but I am a very light sleeper and this woke me up quite often. Thank you very much for sharing the space with us, would totally recommend this place to others and come back again if we are visiting Athens.

Joelle is very kind and responsive and answered any question we had! The place is sparkling clean and full with everything we needed as guests. The apartment is at a great location in the neighborhood and there are a lot of places around such as supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Will sure recommend to stay here! :)

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was a gorgeous space to relax after being out all day in the hot city! Really responsive host and perfectly located too. Will definitely be recommending to anyone visiting Athens.

Konstantino’s apartment was a great home base for our time in Athens. There were great restaurants and bars close by. It was right next to a bus stop that had routes to the metro (for the airport and ferry port) and routes to all of the attractions. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we’ve had at an Airbnb. The balcony having a view of the Acropolis was a great bonus. Overall, it was a great stay!

I’ve already stayed many times at Konstantinos ‘ place and this time as well I had a great experience ! Easy communication, super friendly check_in, all the amenities to make you feel at home, spotless clean! Strongly recommended !

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

We loved our stay at Iason’s beautiful apartment. The terrace is a real oasis. It was a great base for getting to historical sites as well as getting to some nice restaurants and bars. Iason was very responsive and helpful, with great tips. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, just like in the photos, maybe even better! The location is very convenient and quiet, ideal for relaxation. The host was kind, hospitable and willing to help with anything we needed. We felt at home and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!
