Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Pangrati, Athens

I really enjoyed my stay here. The patio and privacy were great. The neighborhood is walkable, safe, and relatively quiet. The host provided detailed instructions and was very responsive even late into the evening. Two different train stations are both short walks and there are ample coffee shops and bakeries along the way. Five stars, would love to be a guest here when I return to Athens.

Very nice apartment and close to city center. The view was fantastic. Check in was a breeze and host provided great instructions for apartment. Overall just a very positive experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

Very comfortable flat and I appreciated the elevator as I had several bags. The kitchen is very well equipped. The washing machine was very handy to do a load of laundry and there was a drying rack for the small balcony. The ceiling fan kept the bedroom cool for sleeping. Overall a great value. Evita was very welcoming and helpful for check in. The area has a lot of graffiti and some artistic murals. I felt very safe there and found a couple of good restaurants.

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Apartment was very spacious with 3 full bathrooms. We were very comfortable, he left us with some kitchen basics and snacks. It was also very close to the major neighborhoods with so many restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Beware the steps to the apartment.

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

Maris is lovely and the place is exactly as advertised, with a large, lovely balcony.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

We had a great stay for our honeymoon. The accommodation is beautiful, functional, very clean and communication with the host is excellent! The neighborhood is lively and there are plenty of small restaurants nearby. We recommend 100% and will be back with pleasure!

Great place to stay just outside the city center! Perfect if you’re renting a car as we did to visit some places just outside of Athens, only to return for the evening to enjoy a beautiful view of the acropolis! We loved the spacious apartment that made us feel like we actually lived in Athens and Myrsini is just such an exceptional host, very generous with our check in time due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommend!

I had a truly amazing stay! The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Ageliki, the host, was fantastic, great at communicating, very flexible with arrival and departure times, and full of helpful tips about things to do in the area. We stayed one day before flying home from Athens. Everything was great! Large spacious apartment, air conditioning in every room. There is parking right near the house. It took 40 minutes by car to get to the airport. There is everything you need for cooking. I was also pleased with the water left for us in the fridge, since we were out of the way and forgot to buy water before checking into the apartment.
